I t3ed him and absolutely love him. Also I think he will be very good against Scarlet witch WBU, not only because he has raw dmg and doesn't rely on def down, but also his type enhancement will be very helpful, it's the first time we have wolrd bosses that are affected by type enhancement.

I see the same trend with Unis in this update since the beginning of year with a few exceptions- NM creates sub par unis for popular toons banking on the weak will power of some players who will purchase it regardless.
Personally i'm ok if a uniform is not much better if the character is already a solid WBU char, in that case i'm fine if i just buy it for maybe a better look. Problem is only if even with the new uni the char still sucks at WBU and is just another SL char, in that case i now skip most uniforms. And thats the reason i actually had over 14k crystals even since i stopped Stark Stash 2 months ago. And i directly bought Luna and Quicksilver because i know i will play them, and Rogue because i just love her and hope its good enough to play her now and then. And i skip Wanda, because even as a big fan, i'm also a big Lizzy Olsen fan and never liked that stupid headwear on her comic uniforms. Also directly T3ed Quicksilver, had enough mats and everything ready already. And at Covus i had the feeling there was something strange going on, in the second phase shortly after i use my T3 skill before, i was just running around to avoid stuff, and the whole time i saw number rising around him, and suddenly the T3 was already up again.
Hey Forgo, great video as always but can you make a comparison video with Quicksilver and DP at the highest Corvus stage you have? it'll help us understand who's better overall for WBU.

I have an Guard Break immunity ignore dodge and a 200 damage proc on Quick Silver and I actually prefer the obelisk over the ctp of rage or energy for him.

Honestly, use energy for pve. Better damage because of chain hit and such. For pvp centered build, he needs guard break immunity. Destruction might be the best for balancing between the two, but if you want to push those high stages better go with energy
