      False advertising is about consumer products and or services. The police aren’t selling a service or product as they are a public agency. Probably not the best defense. Still bullshit tho

      "To protect and serve"? Never says to whom or what. The oath to protect the constitution is also moot since politicians are going against their oath as well.

      ​@@JK-co4lzthis is a pretty interesting argument. It could explain many outcomes of police self-investigation, or why many officers look the other way when they detect a bad apple planting evidence.

    I thought that the supreme court ruled that police had no duty to protect any individual person (ie as bodyguards or whatever) but did have a duty to protect the public at large
