Unfortunately, to pull a quote of a "predator hunter," "compulsion outweighs everything." Regardless it's still no excuse, but that's the reality.
They just can’t stop themselves. Which is the saddest part, they don’t know self control or just plain out ignore their conscience. Very few of them actually recognize what’s wrong with them and ask for help and go for therapy and mental health care. Sometimes it’s childhood trauma causing them to feel broken, sometimes it’s just how they seemingly are and always have been, sometimes it’s another thing within them entirely that manifests as being a predator. Anything sexual in nature and intent to do with children, that necessitates sexual consent from them, is creepy and wrong.
I concur with all of these, I will just add that gambling aka taking risks or chances. You always hope for the big reward. That's the excitement and they crave and drive for that.

Dude Quiet on Set got my blood boiling. And it's especially angering because all the shows I loved as a kid have a completely different feel to ne now. Drake and Josh, Amanda Show, ICarly, all of them now feel tainted and dirty to me. Which sucks cuz D&J was my absolute favorite growing up. And to know it was all mucked up by pedophilia and child abuse just....makes me feel nasty for having ever liked them.

Without doubt, with all evidence (and possibly even direct confession), a firm hand a firearm can do the job of keeping society safe by dispassionately dispensing capital punishment.
Would rather not spend the time on such people. Ultimately, the sentence is to protect society, and free a soul (in my personal view) more than to put suffering or torture.
That is great, however there’s a lot of issues with the jail system and with death row that really decreases the justice that we want to be served. Only like 5% of death row inmates get put down in time, iirc that statistic

Yeah that's the scary part. I used to be a legal secretary and went over the details of so many cases, these creeps can just look like any regular person. A sweet cheery old guy, a newlywed with a baby on the way, family members, police etc. theres no way to know. The only stand out thing to me is that all the ones i dealt with were men (and no im not blaming this on all men).
