Loved hearing that Bobby Cox briefly own Schlotzsky’s - Bobby Cox on some of my favorite restaurants growing up, including roses, tortilla factory, grills, and Texas burger
Fingers crossed Schlotsky's finds its way to the Pacific Northwest again.
I interviewed for a manager job in 1977 in Galveston. The guy conducting the interview was so nervous that he scared me away. Young company, young ideas.
I remember them for being one of the first places to have free wifi.
Well there is one being built in Artesia NM a very small city with a population of about 13000 with 2 subway McDonald’s (2) one is in a process of being build so I truly wonder if it will make it here.
