  • Which one is my “dominant” or fav side? One or Two?
Do I ‘always’ do both sides. Nope, I’d be lying if I said I always did…but I try to even things out as much as possible.
A few things to remember about ‘doing both sides’:
Muscle imbalances (such as comes from only working one side) are a leading cause of injuries. So work both sides!!
It doesn’t necessarily mean both sides are even. It just means that you work as far as you feel safe and strong enough on both sides. Even if it’s only one or two of the moves from the combo you are working on.
Having an injury is a valid reason to be gentle or avoid one side while healing.
On a side note…if shoulder mounts are your nemesis or your jam, my Tuesday weekly tutorial email is coming your way tomorrow with a shoulder mount palooza edition!
