These guys were absolutely incredible together and yea there was alot of chemistry between them. They didn't get enough screen time so yea they need their own spin off
Adonis recruits him and trains him to fight some big new threat he can't (or shouldn't) fight. Viktor takes the offer because maybe he needs the money and/or get out of the Ukraine (could be his dad is sick or injured and they can't afford the medical bills or they're in danger in the Ukraine for some reason and they have to get out asap). Adonis and Viktor learn to work together and they become good friends, they also end up facing whatever threat and/or problem Viktor was facing in the Ukraine standing together. Also Viktor gets his own 'Adrian' or 'Bianca'. ;)

I honestly never got into any of the Rocky movies. I liked the first one and I saw the third. They are good films, it was just something that never sparked my interest but I love Creed II. I was torn between cheering for Adonis and Viktor. If there is a Drago spin-off I’m definitely watching it
Since Sylvester Stallone has said Creed II is likely his last turn as Rocky, they could open Creed III with Rocky dead and buried next to Adrian and Paulie. Maybe Viktor leaves Ukraine because Ivan is ill and needs help so he is brought back to America to get that help. There may even be a chance for Adonis and Viktor to bond if Ivan were to die at some point. They would both understand the pain of losing their father. As another mentioned, I'd love to see Adonis and Viktor train, work and fight together against common foes. Different matches, obviously, since boxing matches are one versus one. I love the idea of Adonis and Ivan working to train Viktor. Reconciliation between the Creed and Drago families would be a necessity by now. The only thing is, who would beat Adonis so badly that he had to retire and would work alongside Ivan to train Viktor? However they decide to do it, I hope we do see Ivan and Viktor again.

I want that in the sequel(s) more than just about anything. Partly because I see Adonis as a hero (Donnie being on a Hero's Journey) and I could see him coming to realize Viktor didn't really have anything to do with what went on in the past. Also Donnie having too much respect for Viktor as a fellow boxer and an equal to allow him & his talent to stay wallowing in whatever awful situation Viktor is undoubtedly stuck in post-Creed 2. Donnie has it in his power, within his arc as the hero of the story, to help Viktor and I could see him doing it. I want Viktor's story to continue because I found it fascinating how many similarities his story had to Rocky's early arc in the franchise. Viktor's arc has a dark twist to it, but the similarities were there and Rocky was unquestionably on a Hero's Journey not unlike Donnie is now. Both Rocky and Viktor were/are part of the working poor and in terrible job situations (Rocky had been a "legbreaker" for a sleazy loan shark and Viktor a man without a country, slaving away on some dockyard & only his father in his corner, the same father who'd been a bullying a-hole to him for two+ decades) and all while still training until they dropped. Both training under dingy, grey backdrops through rundown neighborhoods. Yet both brimming with potential, if only they could get out of the situations they were in and catch a break. Mickey, Adrian and Paulie helped Rocky. I could see Donnie helping Viktor. I do think we'll see Rocky die onscreen like Mickey died on-screen. I think they'd do it that way to give the audience closure to the character, he's been an icon for 40 years. Also as we had to watch Rocky go through that grief, I see Donnie having to go through that losing Rocky. Unfortunately another big element of Hero's Journey is the Mentor dying and so the Hero is forced to go on without him, it's why Mickey had to die imo, it's why Rocky and Ivan probably will die too. I can visualize Viktor just resting a hand on Adonis'' shoulder. Viktor could even tell Rocky something like: "You are a good man. Father always respected you. He wanted to be like you."
