I will say after watching countless photography videos as far back as 10 years ago, Mike has to be the most descriptive and instructional photographer I’ve seen. I like that he talks through his thought process to help us, the viewer know what he’s doing. One thing I need to work on is being patient and wait for the right moment. Easier said than done.
I've already said it Mike but am not ashamed to say it again I am loving this Bike/Photography new style of video. It encompasses both of my passions, please keep them coming. 👍
Ah noice!!!! My favourite bit was the Zig Zag road with the classical music. I found myself changing gears and leaning into the bends . . . oh so sweet!! Wonderful bits of light up on the chase and a great ride. Thanks so much Mike.
As someone who does not live in the UK, it is great to see all these small countryside villages and views. The photography/motorcycle ride combination is a winner. Once again well done Mike. 👏👏👏
Another good video Mike. I find myself watching the road with you, noticing pot holes, wet leafy corners and drain covers. There's so much more to riding than mere mortals realise! And then there's the scenery too!!!!!
Thanks Nick. Yes sure is a lot to look out for but lyou know that well eh. I expect like me, you avoid manhole covers, leaves, wet white lines, gravel on auto pilot... ... MIKE 🙏😊
Hi Mike. When you rode a motorcycle - I rode with you, when you took photos - I took photos with you, when you enjoyed the beautiful nature - I also enjoyed the beautiful nature 🙂 You live in the beautiful country of Mike. Thanks for another wonderful video 👍
Crepuscular (sunlight) rays, always enjoy seeing them. We see them because sunset / sunrise passes through up to 40 times as much air as light from a high midday sun. Great inspiring video, thanks for sharing.
Thanks Laureen, but in all honesty cameras and lenses don't take pictures. We take pictures by using light, composition and knowing what settings do. 18-55 is my favourite focal range - most of the images in the gallery link below were taken on one if you're interested... ... Thanks Michael - will do. Found an awesome new place for photos and a stunning ride out there whilst riding around for fun yesterday. can't wait to make a video of it... MIKE 🙏😊

Another brilliant, enjoyable video. You're becoming the Hairy Biker of Photography! So refreshing and different to other RUclips tutorials. Thanks again, Mike, for taking us along on your rides. Already looking forward to the next one.
Thanks Mary I'm delighted you enjoy them. Got 5 shot and waiting to be edited and found an awesome new place with a great ride out to it yesterday. can't wait to shoot no6 now...MIKE 🙏😊
Another banger of a video. It's not only for the ride(getting some great lean angle) and the photography skills, it's also those bits of info and history of the area. Plus the humour is always there.. "get off my land". Brilliant video Mike, I cant wait for the next one.
Thank you, Mike, for putting this together! Light is King... but it is a temperamental ruler. We encountered our first gridlock and did the Can-Can down the Zig-Zag. The cherry on the cake was that golden pool of light! Further moments showed that we do not always get what we want but it is still worth looking for it. And be ready to pounce when it does happen.
Another inspiring video, chasing the light on your Triumph, I miss my bike. Your teaching me patience with the light, but when it comes it is so very worth it. Lovely shots and thank you for the videos 😊
Great bike ride and another inspiring lesson on seeking out the right light, the shots with the pools of sunlight are awesome and something to aspire to - thank you Mike!!
Only just began watching your videos Mike, started with your very first which have been a godsend! Was surprised and delighted to see you're around the Southampton area as well (small world). However I just wanted to express my gratitude for all of the content and teaching you've uploaded here and still continuing to do, it's invaluable to us beginners, sincerest thanks sir :)
I am really enjoying these videos, I used to drive across Cranborne Chase every week in the 1970’s in my Morris Minor when I worked near Ringwood, I remember Zig Zag hill well. Thanks also for the photography tips I generally wouldn’t take my camera out on dull days but you are showing it can be worth it.
Another wonderful video Mike. Just love seeing your corner of this wonderful world. The scenery is beautiful and love the historical bit as well. Thanks so much for your enthusiasm and for your wonderful knowledge. You make me want to just get out and see my world. No motorbike though.

These bike ride videos make me feel so good and relaxed, you are so enthusiastic, makes me want to get out there with my camera and do some scenic photo work right now. Thank you so much Mike.

Thanks Mike. Lovely scenery again. Great ride too. Loved that you acknowledged the horse riders. When I used to ride horses, it was the pedal cyclists that scared the horse b/c they could not hear them when they came past. Love the Can Can music too!! 👍👍
Glad you enjoyed it Chris. I grew up riding horses from year 1 (was like a Thelwell kid with my little legs poking out sideways😆) and it used to piss me right off when motorists didn't have any consideration around them. I love the Can Can - wasn't sure if it'd work but coldn't help myself. ...MIKE 🙏😊

Great video mike, some of the scenery that went by you remind me a bit of here in South Carolina, on the road between Mount Pleasant and George Town. You leave the city, go through a few small town and rural neighborhoods, a little farm areas, and then before you know it you come around a corner, and giant marshlands open up around you, blanketed by pine trees and the international water way . When the light is right, you would love it. Thanks for sharing, you make me want to go out and buy another motorcycle!😂 Would love to take a trip over there and go on a two wheeled adventure, but I would have to adjust myself first. During all the riding scenes, I kept mentally trying to ease the bike over to the right side of the road!🤔🙄😂
