Arquiste is so under-rated. So many amazing scents. My husband's favorites are Peau and Nanban. Both are exceptional to the point where we've both sampled hundreds of fragrances, and they're in our top 10.

For me, Indigo Smoke feels like as if I were smelling tea leafs that radidated steam because they had hot wather before and now they are just damp. While I feel Eau de Citron Noir has a citrusy aspect, Indigo Smoke doesn't have that facet and the whole composition feels more sour than Eau de Citron Noir even with that apricot note present (that note is more savory than sweet for me), I love and own both.
Just tried Mango Kiss for the first time yesterday & I'm in love. Also FINALLY got my hands on a sample of Vibrato in the US. Omg it's good. Full bottle needed!

Blonde Amber is the fragrance that made me decide that I was ok with spending a lot on a bottle. I have Blonde Amber and Amberwood -- two very different takes on amber, each wonderful in its own way. But Blonde Amber is tied with PDM Carlisle for my favorite scent ever. Even when wearing other fragrances, I will sometimes take the crown off and take in a whiff of the atomizer and I love it every time.
I found the opening of Blonde Amber spectacular. I thought for sure I was getting a bottle. The opening was short, and it eventually dried down to sweet fruity amber that was not worth the insane price tag per milliliter.
@@twinklefire7241 I don't consider any high-dollar niche fragrance without wearing it on skin for a full day. On me, Blonde Amber is fantastic with one spray on my neck/collar, and one on my forearm where it lasts 14 hrs+ evolving the whole time. But my wife found it too bold in the opening and mid and bland after that on her skin. (So my bottle will last a few years, lol).

I have both mango kiss ad GOF, mango kiss was a first love for me. It is verrryy luxurious, and yes it lasts for days on my skin, it overpowers every perfume I put on after. Liquide is the new favorite scent of my bf, I didn't like it much but it blew his mind.

Hello Demi, this was good timing! I was just commenting on another content creator's page that Arquiste needed to be talked about more because they were an underrated house. I sampled Indigo Smoke recently and in my first wear it wasn't speaking to me, but I will try my sample again because I usually give a new fragrance a few wears and sometimes I change my mind. I did recently test out Misfit, which is polarizing and not for everyone. In my tests of it I found it very grounding and uplifting. It's like aromatherapy for me. I live in Canada and it's very cold out now. It may be a better cold climate fragrance? It's supposed to be patchouli dominant but I find that to be more of a supporting note. I can't explain it, but I love it. I am going to try out more from Arquiste soon. Thanks for your video! 💛~ Jenn

@@demirawling if your camera has an 3.5mm jack (the standard input) you can record the video and the audio all together, no need to sync in post, just some minor EQ, compressor, that you can easily do on Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere or your video editor of choice. Either a lapel microphone or a cheap shotgun microphone, I would suggest the "Rode Videomic Go 2" - Australian very reputable company, it runs for around 100 USD and has an outstanding sound quality. But by the sound of it you already have the mics, so I would just use them, get as close to your mouth as possible and that should give you a big improvement. Team Mango Kiss! God of Fire is a mango version of Erba Pura with those screetchy notes and chemical musk. Fun but not FBW to me. I love Indigo Smoke, I will purchase it when the cooler weather comes; the first fragrance with Osmanthus/apricot that doesn't throw me off. It's like smelling the leafs of a tea that were resting with hot water and now they are left on a cup without the water. I love Wulong Cha but a log of people have asked me if I was wearing Elisabeth Arden's Green Tea cologne so, there's that.

Solei De Jeddah kind of smells like an expensive hotel’s tropical coconut smelling shower products. It almost smells like an upgraded boujie bath and body works coconut/mango tropical scent imo. It’s good but much sweeter than God of Fire. There is no comparison.

Wow I sold Architect Club 1.5 years ago 😏 bought it in Miami in 2018 and sprayed like 3 times. It’s the green notes and vanilla in east coast season that just don’t smell right. I think this fragrance is climate dependent

Hermes Citron noir is my favorite tea scent. The way you describe the Arquiste is exactly what the Hermes one smells like.

Wow I sold Architect Club 1.5 years ago 😏 bought it in Miami in 2018 and sprayed like 3 times. It’s the green notes and vanilla in east coast season that just don’t smell right. I think this fragrance is climate dependent
