Congrats Mike. It doesn't take too much wind on the bottom to make a landing interesting I see. When I hit strong thermals and the gyro gets a free ride up it's awesome, but what always grabs my attention is when you go back to idle and you're still climbing. It shouldn't, but that still takes me a second to feel that is a good thing. Weird huh.
Hello Mike, I'm currently looking at buying the same equip., have considered other glider motors but keep coming back to this design by the same engineers that you have. It is nice, but investment is higher than local elect. systems. The local elect. units I find seem louder. Not sure why, could be the prop they were using? Are you happy with quality of the system?
I am very satisfied with the Geiger drive system. It will be four years next month that I have been flying it. It requires no maintenance and I have had no failures of any components. Without a prop, the motor makes very little noise. While flying (with motor running), I can hear the "beeping" of my variometer.
Oh, and your production quality is getting better each time, thanks for posting.
Much appreciated!
I wish I could do this!
You can. It's not that expensive, relatively speaking. I just purchased a nano trike with a thermaling wing with an engine that runs really well for
excellent 👍
Congrats Mike.

Very true!
Do you carry a reserve parachute? As a PPG pilot we would never go out in these conditions unless we wanted to take significant extra risk.
Very nice Mike. I'm jealous...
Nice view. How is the correct name of your prop and where i can find? Thanks.
