This Dhar Mann bonus video needs an extended cut, showing when the rude waiter gets fired from his job after the humiliating video he posted about Paul. First, Paul and his family enter the restaurant, asking the receptionist to bring the manager over. Paul shows and sends the two videos to the manager, not only the humiliating video the waiter made of him, but also the video of Paul's son Gray telling the truth about the rude waiter and Paul. Afterwards, the manager calls the rude waiter to come to his office, after finishing taking an order from a customer. The rude waiter comes to the manager's office, only to have the manager show the rude waiter the humiliating video and Gray's truthful video. Then, the rude waiter says to the manager "I can explain, this is gotta be a big misunderstanding." Then, the manager gets mad at the waiter for his actions, finally leading to the rude waiter getting fired. The manager instructs the rude waiter to leave the restaurant, or else he would send security guards to escort him out. The rude waiter angrily walks out of the restaurant saying "This is ridiculous!", only to get a photo taken of him by Paul, for revenge for what happened to him a year ago. Paul plans to post the picture of the rude waiter getting fired on social media, so that way, no other restaurant in the world can ever hire the rude waiter. To make the ending even better, the rude waiter gets into his car, only so his car would fail to start. Finally, the rude waiter screams his lungs out in pain, finally realizing how karma got him real good.
this is exactly. how I expected this video to end. Kinda suprised that dhar just left it there instead of taking it full circle like he (or the writers he's stealing credit from ) usually do
In our country no waiter would accept a 5 dollar tip because it's equal to 500 taka in our country. And here they are very happy to a 10 taka tip which is equal to 10 cents
You are missing the point. Employers (at least the sensible ones), are very particular about how you treat the service workers like waiters or Air hostesses. It speaks a lot about their character. When you are applying for a managerial position (as in this video) where you are sometimes representing the company in front of outsiders, this is especially relevant. If you are on your way to an interview and they happen to find out how you treat the service workers along the path, then trust me, that job offer which you had been eyeing…You can kiss it goodbye.
I agree. The worse waiter I ever experienced. I tell him that I was allergic to onions. He brings me a steak smothered in onions. He gave me an attitude about fixing my order. He wouldn’t refill my water. He spent the night hitting on a woman at the next table. The woman has a low cut sweater with big boobs. At the end of the night, asked the one and only time, do you need anything? I said, “Really, now is when you care?” He actually looked surprised. I left him a penny. The waitress from another table, actually refilled my water without asking. I had a conversation with her. I thanked her and gave her $10. I told her everything he did and how I was going to give him a penny. She was grateful that I gave her $10.
@@jamestheteleportingwizard James, I wasn’t kidding. I didn’t tell you the best part. The woman with the big boobs and low cut sweater turned out to be a lesbian. I found out by accidentally overheard her conversation. Think about it. The waiter spent his time trying to date a lesbian. 😂😂😂
So, the waiter basically destroyed a man's life over five bucks? How petty do you have to be? And given the way he treated him and his family, he's lucky to have even gotten a tip.
It is a stupid unbelievable story. No waiter will come and behave like that. The restaurant will fire him if he shouts like that. And no company will reject a candidate for some random video like that
I could imagine the mean waiter getting fired over his lies and aggressively demanding money from the dad. Waiter: "YOU!! YOU GOT ME FIRED AND RUINED MY LIFE! YOU OWE ME LOTS OF MONEY!!" Dad: "No. You ruined your own life and I don't owe you anything." Waiter: "HOW DARE YOU?!?! 😡🤬😭🤬😭🤬😭👶👶👶👶👶"
Imagine when they go back to the same restaurant, a different waiter told them that the waiter who posted the video was fired because it turns out that their family weren't the first victim. In fact, he has been doing to a bunch of customers.
Looks like in US, waiters and bartenders consider it their birthright to expect tips. A tip should be voluntary. Instead, the service people should flight to get better wages so that they don't have to depend on tips.
This actually reminds me of a story. I was on vacation when I was 8 or 9 years old, and we were at a restaurant. I overheard a waiter complaining to one of the people who just ate that he gave him some type of small tip the waiter did not appreciate. The customer or whatever you wanna call him, actually gave him a box, left before the waiter could open it, and the waiter was mad. The reason was because he stupidly gave the tip money back and inside the box was less tip money. It was our last night on vacation, so we don't know if the guy came back, and what the aftermath was.
Unfortunately, this rings true in real life. I understand waiters/waitresses heavily rely on tips since they make a few dollars an hour (depending on where you are), but they also need to understand the limitations of their customers, as well. You see, I was never a waitress, but I have worked in the food industry, so I got the occasional tip. Anything I got, I was grateful for, and I never asked for a tip, because it’s supposed to be optional. Today, I noticed that some restaurants are starting to take out tips via gratuity. And they don’t add on the 5%, they add the 18-20%. I don’t have a job at the moment so I’m not going out as much, but when I do, I try to leave $5 tip, but I’ve too been called cheap, stingy, and worse. So, to me it’s a two way street: customers should be respectful and leave what they can but waiters/waitresses need to be appreciative of what they’re given. It’s not always about what you get, but it’s the fact you’re given something at all.
Personally, if I get bad service at a restaurant, the waiter or waitress gets no tip. However, if I get average service, they will get a 20% tip and I will give a 30% tip for exceptional service.
Why the hell was the waiter mad over a tip, $5 is a great tip, more than he deserved. And plus why did the people get mad at the guy for not tipping, not everyone chooses to tip.
Tipping is not a requirement it goes according to your service. If you are rude and slow then I do not tip. Tipping has gotten out of hand and to the point that some places charge you a service charge because they might not get a tip. That means you are forced to tip regardless of service. Good service good tip poor service no tip.
1. NO company is gonna not hire someone with great experience and skills over someone on tiktok saying they didn’t tip. It’s not mandatory you tip and it’s not a law lol. This is very unrealistic. (And yes, i ALWAYS tip well. I’m a bartender. I rely on tips myself but I would never act the way this guy did lmao) 2. The mom could’ve and should’ve gotten a job to help. He said “who’s gonna take care of grey?” 😂😂 this kid is like 12-13 maybe 14. He will be fine for a few hours lollll 😂 I love this channel but sometimes they are so unrealistic
I do like this videos message even if it’s not exactly the best execution. I will say suspension of disbelief is required in order to enjoy some things. You do need to keep that in mind when viewing fictional stories of any kind. However, I also understand that suspension of disbelief only goes so far.
It's not so unrealistic. Years ago, there was a news story about outsourcing. This guy lost his tech job and borrowed money from family and friends to keep his family afloat. The mother was a SAHM to teenagers. They felt like that was how they wanted to raise their family, which is fine, but not at family and friends' expense. To add insult to injury, he did finally get a job offer and had the nerve to turn it down because of commuting. He wanted the ideal job, not the make do job he should have taken to stop borrowing from family and friends. They were so entitled.
As my dad would always say, a tip is well earned based on a great service. People are just so entitled when it comes to getting tips. If I was harassed like that by a waiter, I’m reporting it to the manager and seeing that they get fired. Thank you Felicia.
As a waiter i Never expecting tips, its always the decision from the customer if they like the service and not make a scene if they where not give tips, its just a reason to work on myself to improve myself if they not give tips. But most of the time they a happy and give tips :). So yeah.
Guess when the waiter's boss saw the video from the kid, he told the waiter::"YOU"RE FIRED", and his Karma will haunt him for the rest of his life. Plus, no other job will accept him,and he will live on the streets. LOL 😆🤣😆🤣😆🤣😆🤣😆🤣😆🤣😆🤣😆🤣😆🤣😆🤣
I remember once in US I didn't tip and the waitress was so rude. As European it's not customary. To me if it's good service then you deserve it. Eventually the manager intervened as then explained she felt guilty after.
The way the waiter came to the man he deserved no tip, thats rude and i would do the same. We have to also remember that the waiter took a picture of the man without asking him is very mean.
I have been a server and I never expected a tip but I still have the best service I could. There were times I got huge tips and other times on my $1. It all adds up so I accepted it. It really skeeved me out to see servers behave this way to customers. Yes, sometimes there were customers that were Karens and you couldn’t please them no matter what but in my experience it wasn’t that often.
6:27 I'm sorry what? "Whose gonna take care of gray?" The kid is IN SCHOOL!!!!! mom doesn't need to be home all day. And kid is old enough to take care of himself when he gets home from school. Fck tht lol
Outcome After that, the Paul and his family continue to live a good life. As Gray’s video was going viral, people apologized and learned to never believe one side of the story only. As for the waiter, he was facing backlash at not just the people on social media, but also his coworkers, who tell him that what he did wrong, and how they always knew he was greedy, but never thought he would do something like that. He was then approached by the owner, telling him that because of that video, reviews were going bad. As he shows the waiter, the waiter was shocked as he reads them. “Wow. What a jerk.” “All of that for $5? Geez. I would’ve been thrilled to get $5 if I was a server.” “He should’ve been lucky that he got a tip at all!” “I don’t want him as my server at all.” “No way am I coming back to this restaurant. God knows he would demand more than $5.” Seeing this, the waiter tried to explain his side of the story, saying he was just having a bad day, and he didn’t know what he was doing, but the owner wasn’t buying it. He got fired, and was unable to find another job because of his actions. He tried to back to his parents house, but his parents were so disgusted by what he did, and told them how they didn’t raise him like this, before shutting the door in his face. His friends also cut ties with him, saying they weren’t gonna associate with someone like him. He’s now alone, and begging in the streets. All the while regretting what he did. To think, all of this happened, just because he wanted more than $5 as a tip.
He is a good boy he feels sorry for his dad because of his love for his dad he blames himself he makes mrs steel understands what happened this waiter is evil and a liair fantastic love it

To add insult to injury, he did finally get a job offer and had the nerve to turn it down because of commuting. He wanted the ideal job, not the make do job he should have taken to stop borrowing from family and friends. They were so entitled.
That's cause society is brainwashed by Tiktok.
The waiter thought he deserved a bigger tip his wife prob thinks the same about him
As my dad would always say, a tip is well earned based on a great service. People are just so entitled when it comes to getting tips. If I was harassed like that by a waiter, I’m reporting it to the manager and seeing that they get fired. Thank you Felicia.
who's Felicia?
@@zainabthedragon6528 Felicia is a term used after Bye Felicia
As a waiter i Never expecting tips, its always the decision from the customer if they like the service and not make a scene if they where not give tips, its just a reason to work on myself to improve myself if they not give tips. But most of the time they a happy and give tips :). So yeah.
i legit knew the son was gonna make a vid
“Let’s see who’ll have the last laugh.” Is bro the joker?
Guess when the waiter's boss saw the video from the kid, he told the waiter::"YOU"RE FIRED", and his Karma will haunt him for the rest of his life. Plus, no other job will accept him,and he will live on the streets. LOL 😆🤣😆🤣😆🤣😆🤣😆🤣😆🤣😆🤣😆🤣😆🤣😆🤣
Bro really had a cry cause he didn’t get tipped more than 5 bucks 💀
U shouldn't force someone to tip you. A tip comes out of honest good service and it solely depends on customer. You can't forcefully demand tips
Pual shold sue the guy expecting a tip for defamation
They should got a lawyer and sued that waiter
Paul should have sued the waiter for defamation.
they had the chance to add the waiters karma at the end
Paul finally got the job and he and his family moved to the new place after he saw his son’s video.
If I met that waiter in real life, I would ask him to be rude & belittle me....he plays a very great bad guy! I love it! Hats off to you sir!
what does that even mean😭
I remember once in US I didn't tip and the waitress was so rude. As European it's not customary. To me if it's good service then you deserve it. Eventually the manager intervened as then explained she felt guilty after.
Tipping culture is out of hand in the U.S.. People outside of the U.S. must be watching this and shaking their head.
The way the waiter came to the man he deserved no tip, thats rude and i would do the same. We have to also remember that the waiter took a picture of the man without asking him is very mean.
Good vid but it is not really fully finished. I would have loved to see the bad waiter to face the consecuences of his bad actions.
What a wonderful son.
This definitely wouldn't happen in real life.
They usually take a picture and shame the family on Facebook
This video shows that the customer is *_ALWAYS_* right
I have been a server and I never expected a tip but I still have the best service I could. There were times I got huge tips and other times on my $1. It all adds up so I accepted it. It really skeeved me out to see servers behave this way to customers. Yes, sometimes there were customers that were Karens and you couldn’t please them no matter what but in my experience it wasn’t that often.
Thank God I'm from Europe..... tip is something extra for GOOD service not something that people expect whatever service they do...
this tipping rule is starting to get out of hand

A server is supposed to be respectful to the customer and have better service not taking advantage of them. That waiter lives to regret it.
6:27 I'm sorry what? "Whose gonna take care of gray?" The kid is IN SCHOOL!!!!! mom doesn't need to be home all day. And kid is old enough to take care of himself when he gets home from school. Fck tht lol
0:44 the fact that he TALKS SO F slow. Bothers me I would have gone crazy already
2:44- I could predict what was gonna happen at the interview: He is in for a rude awakening.
3:31- I knew it!
This is why, in Australia, we are better off by not tipping at all.
All over a 5 dollar tip ☠️
There should have been a scene where he gets fired in the end
I 'm sharing tears too..when The son's video was shared. Wow! So sweet!💞
Outcome
After that, the Paul and his family continue to live a good life.
“Wow. What a jerk.”
“All of that for $5? Geez. I would’ve been thrilled to get $5 if I was a server.”
“He should’ve been lucky that he got a tip at all!”
“I don’t want him as my server at all.”
“No way am I coming back to this restaurant. God knows he would demand more than $5.”
Seeing this, the waiter tried to explain his side of the story, saying he was just having a bad day, and he didn’t know what he was doing, but the owner wasn’t buying it.
1:54 bro they didnt even try to hide that they weren't really driving the car ☠️
The waiter is some corrupt person.
The waiter needs to do his job properly if he wants a big tip
The waiter is such a crybaby. He’s behaving like 5 year old who didn’t get the toy he wanted at the store.
9:58 : Again this Woman is a good person. Hope she does not turn evil again
I thought waiters are not supposed to ask for tip.....
He is a good boy he feels sorry for his dad because of his love for his dad he blames himself he makes mrs steel understands what happened this waiter is evil and a liair fantastic love it
Be kind to the people that you meet on the way up. Because they are the same people that you meet on the way down 😊
I was hoping that the waiter would face consequences of his actions.
Imagine when they go back to the same restaurant, a different waiter told them that the waiter who posted the video was fired because it turns out that their family weren't the first victim. In fact, he has been doing to a bunch of customers.
@@ciscojacobo7168 it should have been show.
@@Archi21. Imagine if the other waiter told them how after their son posted his video. Other victims also told their stories on how the same waiter tried to ruin their lives. Even when they gave him a reasonable tip.
