With 250 amps I would not trust a circuit breaker especially a cheap Chinese one A 250A fuse at $10 is a lot cheaper than a burnt out vehicle The itech inverters are well made like most of their gear
Hi mate, appreciate the video. We have a 1991 Toyota Coaster bus camper and I want to upgrade our 12v agm house set up, for more off grid suitable lithium/solar set up. I'm considering the whole Itech world 4 x 4/ caravan package, with the 2000w inverter you showed here and was concerned our 2000w induction cook top may have been too much for it. We wont need to go nuts cooking on it every meal I think and will always carry a little butane burner or gas burner/bottle for emergencies or to conserve 12v power. Only question now is the 40amp DC to DC charger in the kit, as our bus has a 24v starting system/alternator. Any thoughts on roof top solar panels etc with this set up? Cheers.
Hi imamenigma, I think you best bet would be to call the technicians at iTechWorld. They will answer all you questions and find the right equipment for you.
@@outtherelivin645 No problem, I think it's all good re 24v to 12v as their charger is multi voltage. I'm waiting on a reply from them as well. Thanks mate.👍
Hi Thomas, thanks for watching. Sorry we can’t help with that sort of advice. If you call iTECHWORLD and ask for tech support they will give you all the right answers. Cheers
Hi Daniel thanks for watching, the cooktop works will either the 2000w inverter and 200ah of lithium batteries. If you take the 2000w of the accessories and divide it by the 12v supply power you get 2000/12=166. That is 166ah and hour will be used from you battery supply. That’s 83% usage. I would suggest limiting cook times to 45 minutes off a full battery to have power in the battery for other things like fridge, lights ect I don’t think you could run this off 100ah of lithium it would not have the capacity to service any other electrical items. Cheers 🍻
@@outtherelivin645 100aH batteries don't supply 166 amps (even 2 in parallel), so I don't understand how you can operate a 2000W inverter at full draw?

Hi Michael, thanks for watching! Love the feed back we may do a fuse V circuit breaker video one day.

You said you should mount the inverter so you can see the indicator lights !! Hmmm ,from what angle??
Got one in our caravan. Very happy with how it works for us.

With the inverted for the sine wave can I run a shore power to my Class A. ?

Hi there, what size circuit breaker you end up with for $100, and how did you earth it
Hi Dingo thanks for watching!! I used a 250ah D/C circuit breaker.
There is no need to earth this type of circuit breaker.
With the 2000W induction cooktop, can it work at that wattage. Also for how long on your setup?

What battery set up do you have? I'm guessing at least 200ah usable?
Hi John, thanks for watching. Yes we have 2x 100ah lithium. You can see more on our batteries here ruclips.net/video/o48_zlUpeKA/видео.html
