My question to convey to coach Prime is, now that players are getting financial benefits from NIL and social media income ect. are they going to be blessed with the same information b4 NFL contracts and other business opportunities come their way. My educated guess is that he's already probably going to do it. But it's a thought I've had since following Coach and seeing players coming into early wealth gain. It's good to see Coach preparing his peers and players for success being a result and not just the here and now. Rich comes and goes, wealth comes and stays.
This is how you build a pipeline of talent (i.e. coaches and players). I guarantee there ain't no other NCAA coach doing this. This goes back to Coach Prime's philosophy about building relationships. Take the time to invest in others and they will invest in you. I love this.

A lot of people are sleeping on what he's doing, but if you pay close attention, he's building a culture of loyalty among the staff and the help support. He's showing them everyone has a role to play and every role is just as important as his, in certain aspects and in their own way. The haters will always hate and nothing will change that. This is the true definition of wisdom. Wisdom is the principle thing... Here is what an old mentor mentioned to me, he said, "your mentor is not responsible for the advice you choose to ignore". In other words, once youre exposed to the truth and to knowledge, you are accountable at that point. Another put it this way, "when you know better, you do better". Some will choose to ignore the advice but for that 1 individual, its absolutely priceless. This is knowledge that they don't have to pay for so count this a blessing. Another example of "Iron Sharpening Iron" so that very iron can sharpen metal (our young men and women) so they too can sharpen more iron. Go buffs...

What's even more amazing is Coach prime is not only knowledgeable but he has applied knowledge which is powerful. All the things he has learned an took knowledge of to retain he has applied it, which has allowed him to be in the position he's in to pass down his applied knowledge to others so they can be knowledgeable and apply the knowledge they have learned for themselves, family, and loved one's 💪🏾. Another thing that impresses me is that Richard Fain and Coach Prime have known each other since they were 8 or 9, and played ball on the same team in high school. The fact that they’ve maintained their relationship and respect for each other over 40+ years speaks volumes.

As a sole proprietor here in Colorado who is stumbling financially herself, I am taking notice and taking notes. I CAN GUARANTEE this isn't being done in other colleges or even NFL/NBA. The league leave it up to you and your agent. This is transformative leadership... I wish they kept financial and family success courses in public high schools. I've only seen these courses in elite private school.

From start to finish life is a team game. From top to bottom take care of the people that make this a team game. From start to finish life is a team game. From top to bottom take care of the people that make this a team game. The employer makes an effort to care about everything and everyone then the employees will feel like owners and protect their job/career and will treat the business as their own. All this is love! I can feel it from just seeing a video.

Financial literacy is necessary...especially in the Black community. Most of us don't come from money so it's just not taught cause we don't know. And the fact that Coach is intentional about not only looking out for his players, but his staff and well is next level. Coach Prime is a man who loves people and what comes with love is relationships and this man has built some amazing relationships so much to the point that he can have someone THAT HE TRUST come talk to his guys about finances and how to build money into wealth. For never having ever met this man I love this brother for what he is doing to inspire men, young men and helping restore morals and values in a world everyday we see less and less compassion for other.
