Hello, my colleague is from South Africa and has a Payoneer account. However, when I pay her, she receives confirmation that she has been paid but is having issues with her bank. She can't withdraw the funds. What does she need to do to align her bank and Payoneer so she can be sure to receive her payment? May you help please help? Thank you!
Hello Tamara, the issue is probably the reserve bank, there's a annual form you must sign once a year or they will hold the funds untill signed. Please check with her if she didn't receive a 2exhange email?

You can withdraw directly to your bank after creating the account but for immediate access, you'll need the payoneer card. I waited 2 weeks to get my payoneer card in SA.
