    Mazay ki lug rahi hai. Main bhi banati hun laykin lehsan adrak nahe dalti thi INSJALLAH yeh bhi banaoun gae.Patilay maein jab bhaap bannay lugay tab dhakaan aata laga k seal band kar k 3 ghantay dum wali aanch aag per pakaya jata hai na ?

      bilkul same recipe ko follow krty hue banien patila ma atta laga ker pir low flame per dam wali pe 2-1/2se 3ghanty k Liye chor den gosht quantity ma zyada ho to 3ghanty chor den otherwise 2-1/2hours b kafi hongy depend on the quantity of meat.thx

    یہ پوچھنا ھے، کیا 2 چمچ نمک ڈالنی ھے، ؟ کیونکہ اپنے ایک چمچ گوشت پر لگایا، اور ایک چمچ بعد میں ڈالا. برائے مہربانی اسکی زرا وضاحت کیجئے.

      g bilkul1 tsp pehly and 1tsp cooking time total 2teasp baqi NAMAK hasbe zaroorat hi add Karen koi salt brand Tez hota ha koi light so Koshish kiya Karen normal quantity add Karen after cooking process AP check kr k add kr sakty Hain so salt ki quantity her dish ma hamesha normal rakha Karen bcz baad ma aap add ker sakty hain

    Aapko gosht ka original maza samajh me aata hai, isiliye aapne iss recipe me coriander green leaves nahi dala tha,usse gosht ka original maza dabb jaata hai.
