- This week was a lot of adjusting to having a new baby and being postpartum but so far everything is going well. Carmelo had his first dr appointment, I did some more apartment hunting downtown and tired a couple new restaurants and drinks from starbucks and bahama bucks. We also had a little staycation dallas at the virgin hotel to get out of the house for bit and relax.

Congratulations, my baby is 10 months old and knowing she’ll be one in 2 months is making me sad lol. They grow so fast, so enjoy every single moment…even the ones where you wanna pull your hair out lol.
This is the realist new mom vlog I have ever seen. This was me years ago; baby in arms, going to bathroom and in need of a cleaning service trying to get back to myself. Let mothers know it is OK not to have it all together. Takes the pressure off.

You make motherhood look so effortless! Your transition from pregnancy to new mom again has looked so smooth while still caring for your other children and still maintaining a sense of self. I’m 10 years older than you and am in awe! I don’t have any kids yet but you give me hope!
btw a tip for warming up milk without a machine is to warm up a cup or bowl of water in the microwave and then put the closed baby bottle (with the milk) in the water and let it sit for like 3-5 minutes

I reacted the same way when he said "breast milk is best" bc some moms genuinely cannot breast feed and sometimes the babies reject breast milk. Fed is best
Absolutely agree . I’ve been seeing this topic a lot with the formula shortage .
But yet when my milk didn’t come in until week two it’s “formula is safe and ok”💀💀they pick and choose smh
But she can, and genuinely in the best interest for the baby ❤️. Obviously if you can’t because of health reasons it’s different
@@rmalo124 that’s what I am thinking too .. don’t understand why a lot of women get so offended when people say that but this is a proven fact that breast milk is the best and the doctor obviously said that because she is able to do it. How do people get offended over something that a doctor suggested. He did not force her
@@soleilove1037 I think he would’ve told her the same if she was formula feeding I think that’s his preference but he would’ve praised her either way but I do agree it’s wrong to express your preference onto a mom. He’s weird for that.. fed is best!
