- This is the most jammed packed episode of wild finds ever! I score a box of obscure Blu-rays from my friend Tim Vargulish that features titles from such production companies as Arrow Video, Vinegar Syndrome, and Severin Films. Of course besides thrift store hunting also visit Tampa FL for Super Retro Con and talk to ECW Wrestling manager Bill Alfonso, hit up Viper Video, and go to Busch Gardens!

He was so cool.
That's one impressive box of movies! I remember Brotherhood of the Wolf being a weird mash-up of Period piece and Werewolves with Matrix effects and fight choreography. It was definitely a unique take, and the early 2000's style is on full force.

Yup, some of my friends watched those religiously. Just from hanging out with them I've probably seen each one 5 times.
P.S. Brotherhood of the Wolf is great, really enjoyed that one when it first came out, and recently purchased the collector’s dvd. Kind of wish I would have waited for the re-release. Sweet box of movies!

That 1st store omg I’d be there for hours looking through stuff. I’m one of the few I think that liked the happening. I know the Blu ray is out of print. I loved the Nighthouse I saw it twice in theaters. A lot of those in the box I’ve never heard of or seen.
Yup that first store is great, Only problem is that when you've been more than once you are looking through most of the same movies you already looked through before. Maybe I will like the happening, I do enjoy most M Knight movies
I went to the two-day Festival at Zephyrhills I think that's close to where you live. It was called livestock and all the cars for painted up like black and white cows the headliners were Jackal with ACDC Brian Johnson Motley Crue

That PB Solution has the better artwork on the backside of the cover. My OG poster scan was used for it!

@@FleaMarketFalcon I interviewed Josh Johnson on my radio show back when his Rewind This doc came out. Saw him post Severin were looking for good quality VHS scans for the release so I reached out an let him know I had a minty poster. They sent me a really nice care package with the Blu-ray, mini poster and T-shirt as compensation.

You need to tag them and see what happens! I wonder the guy with the glasses was he supposed to look like Bubba Ray Dudley? I rode the original wooden gwazi and boy I could not feel my spine after I got off. Good to see Iron Gwazi is up and running!
Yup, I think he was cosplaying as bubba. I rode the original Gwazi around 2010 and it was fun. Apparently a few years later it got really rough.

I loved the new Three Stooges movie. Will Sasso from Mad Tv plays Curly and the actor who plays Moe is spot on. Larry David is also in that movie. We had some good laughs watching that. Hope you enjoy! By the way, that thrift store in the mall has the largest area of DVDs I have ever seen. We have a couple thrift stores/ collectibles in our malls up here, but the movie and video game sections are no where that size. Thanks for sharing. I look forward to your videos every week!

Oh WOW that Elvira cd has a “the wall” sticker on it. I had so many of those growing up with the lifetime warranty and then they all closed. LOL
Yup, I've had a bunch with that sticker but have never been to the store. Was it a big chain or was it mail order or something?
@@FleaMarketFalcon it was a mall store here in the Pittsburgh region. Kinda like Sam Goody but they’d have all huge walls of cassettes, cds etc. The gimmick was as long as you had that sticker on the album if anything happened to it you could return it and they’d replace it.
@@PepperoniRollBandit Oh, nice! That would have been handy while they were in business at least. I use to try to take care of CDs but the car discman would always scratch them.

very cool to see Takishi make an appearence! 3 O'Clock high is one of my favorites, shout factory put out a good blu ray of it a few years ago. thats an awesome mail day!!! peanut butter solution gave me really bad nightmares as a kid. eaten alive is so weird lol. chud is the best!!! i like both of those argento movies, check out "mother of tears" if you come across it, it's a blast!
Awesome, and good to know about those Argento movies. Yup might have to get the 3 O'clock blu soon, strange that it seems like a pretty well know movie but the VHS and blu-ray never seem to be in the wild. It might have never come out on DVD.
@@FleaMarketFalcon i actually found the laserdisc of it in the wild once, but it was right after i got the blu ray, so i passed on it. but yeah, im not sure why the physical copies of it were hard to find, i think it must of got overshadowed by breakfast club, which i dont like as much as 3 oclock high.

I don’t know how you do it. I can’t make any money selling movies on Ebay or Macari. I’ve been collecting for years for myself not really for resale but when I try to sell a few movies boutique labels it’s a slow go and I end up trading them in for a little store credit.😂
It can be hard but doable if you find the right stuff (95 percent aren't worth selling) for the right price.

I clicked the video Im"media"tley. Is that the 2019 Ang Lee Gemini Man? I bought some movies from FYE $1 section and bought a music concert. When I got home a XXX film fell out. Shame shame FYE. That DVD went into the shredder because I didn't want to touch it. It was not mint, if you know what I mean.

A lot of those movies look ridiculous but in the best way possible. There are just too many films out there, so much weird stuff to explore.
I actually did just recently watch The Peanut Butter Solution, my mom made us watch it for our weekly family night and it was so bad it was good.
Family night sounds fun and yes The Peanut Butter Solution is an anomaly which at least makes it interesting.
Bill Alfonso from ECW that's awesome. Too bad Vince McMahon had to swoop in and mess up a good thing. I loved all the characters like new Jack's The Dudley Boyz and Terry Funk from funk you Van Damme and Taz

The movie came way before and Kojima is known to basically steal from films, but is probably just a coincidence. I think it is a common military term.
