I have one in cream they are MINT for quality and sound ! I really did not expect it to be as loud as it can get ?! It literally sounds like a speaker in a club !
I just bought Acton 2 at Target for daughter. Volume controls using Marshall app work fine. But using iPhone volume controls only works sometimes. If iPhone volume is all the way high when it’s not working, when it decides to work, volume will suddenly be blasting. Did I get a defective unit?
I think it's like acton 3, so the volume is only working when you play the music and if you have a high volume on the phone it might go at the volume from the phone when you start playing. Just a thought.
Im thinking about buying it since I need a big speaker with big sound since I dont need portability, I use my current speaker for guitar practice, I like to play random instrumentals in whatever key and just practice some soloing with it, sometimes play along to some of my favorite bands songs. From a scale of 1 through 10 how loud can this baby get on full volume?
Well, I think it depends on what you want it for because with Marshal you can't use it as a control hub and I think that the Acton 3 will sound better the the Apple Homepod gen 2 as a speaker.
Indeed. It's not actually a question of wich is better but wich is better for you. If you want it to be portable then you should get the Xtreme 3. If not, from what I saw on reviews I think the Acton 3 sounds better.
I’m choosing one rn and don’t know if it’s in daily use need for Acton 3 or Acton 2 is “enough”. I know it’s personal preference but I what the best sound but if the difference is only small than I don’t mind. Also Acton or Stanmore or Woburn? Please help❤
Testing a Marshall Speaker with this kind of music is kind of pointless. They are made for Rock, Hard Rock and any kind of Metal and Classical Music. If you want to listen to EDM and Stuff, maybe get a JBL. No offense, tho.
