@@stefaniascimone7927 Of course! I think it’s often rare in pop media that we get to see a purely positive representation of trans sexuality and I think this displayed it perfectly. To show Jules receiving sexual pleasure from stimulation of the genitalia she was born with and framing it as something to be embraced by both partners while still affirming her femininity felt revolutionary to witness. Too often, understandably so, ones natural genitalia is often portrayed to be a source of major dysphoria. While this is a major part of the trans experience, the possibility of receiving sexual pleasure from their own body while still having control over one’s gender identity should be celebrated. And I think they executed it amazingly in this scene

@@DeXyClarke thank you. I found it interesting as a cis woman because,as you said, I used to think that the genital surgery was the imprescindibile passage for every trans person. Than I learned that it wasn't like this and that the control of gender identity was, and while some people go all down the road, lots of others keep the genitals they were born with. I actually find this scene very sweet: among all the violence or hardcore sex we've seen in this brilliant show, I loved to see some romantic sweet approach just between the two characters who need a lil care the most
i agree so much! as a trans woman myself, i’m glad to see others thinking that this scene is empowering. i’ve seen so many people over social media saying this is vulgar or the show doesn’t portray it in the right way but this scene made me so happy to see that you don’t have to change yourself to be pleasured sexually. i did have reassignment surgery which, even though i was still a woman, i felt so happy to see my body and having what was considered as having a women’s body. but again im so glad that you agree and also see that this is not vulgar in anyway and there are real awful people who would not accept jules and im so glad that this show sees that not everyone is born in the right body and that rue accepts her and her identity
I never thought i'd see this kind of scene between the two of them, after jules left rue at the train station i thought that they were done, but when rue reminded jules of that in the intervention episode, after the last episode i thought the train station scene as i would like to called it was "The Defining Moment" of their relationship 😢
As someone who is on a search to find enlightenment in my trans sexuality I cannot explain how affirming this scene was
Can u explain me Better please? I find you comment very interesting

Spiderman wouldn’t be happy if he sees this
Or much happier depending on what kind ofa guy he is. Some men are even more turned on if their GF likes other women.
You should check on the crowded
I can’t believe Rue forgave her, I don’t think she will in season 3 though
Why in Season 3?
God I hope not, can't stand Jules actions and she's just so toxic and horrible to Rue
Ugh I don’t know which I want to be
If anyone is wondering it is true that if you’re high, time doesn’t feel like it exists anymore.
The whole show is BS so I don't know
