Had one installed at Sturgis this year and I love it. Sometimes on certain songs I wish I had more volume. Correct me if I am wrong, but weren't these specifically designed for Harley, meaning if you try and install it in another bike it will not sound as good.
I have just ship from the US to the UK the equivalent Hogtunes system. I installed it on my 2019 SGS, the amp's blue LED come on when I power the bike up but I get no sound through the amp, I'm thinking the DC signal from the speakers isn't enough to signal the amp to turn on, any chance you could let me know where you soldered the trigger wire so I can connect it to my switched AUX supply? I've opened the AMP up but nothing is labelled. The problem I have is because I'm in the UK its hard to send things back to the US of A with out costing the earth.
You need to make sure the stock radio is not flashed, it needs to be the stock no amp flash or you will not get sound, if the amp was not coming on you would not have any lights on the amp
So putting this on the Ultra Limited will still allow the back speakers to work as usual? Thinking maybe doing the fronts then doing the Tour pack speakers down the road.

Quick question, i have a street glide 2016 but i added a removable tour pack. If i add the pods to the pak does the ultra 4 speaker kit come with the speaker wiring from the radio to the rear? Or will i need to get that from harley first? Thanks
My RDFL AA mirror seems to shut down when it gets hot. Do you forsee a problem if I were to drill some "vent holes" in the cubbie pocket that the wire comes out of? Hoping to get some air flowi g through it.
Is the after part of the video just their 2 speaker setup or is it their 4 speaker one? It looks like the same clip you used from your 4 speaker install video.

Im looking for the 4 speaker. I have lowers that use 6.5inch lookign to not spend 1500 on one. Seems like a great deal if i could find it on the website.

Jay, Thanks for a great kit. Purchasing from, yall was super simple and the communication on the order was top knotch. Finally installed the kit on my 2019 Roadglide Special, and its amazing how much better the music sounds. Perfect for the budget and ability to hear and enjoy my music now.
Kenwood builds the speakers, hogtunes / kenwood designed the amp, hogtunes has no input sensitivity on their amp, I would say this is a much better kit than you get with hogtunes, better than their wild boar system

They are meant to hold up in the conditions of a Harley, wiring is specific
