Inspired by a previous video but added another color for fun! What a dreamy effect as results. I love Galaxy Pours! The cells and boulder effect I get makes everything so dimensional! Making this piece of fluid art one of my best!

Oh my gosh Sarah! You must be ever so excited with this one. It is absolutely spectacular. Those colours are amazing together - thought that from the start and then all those gorgeous boulder cells came up W O O O O O W, I love it!! Yes, it did remind me of your wonderful Ethereal Passage. The magenta in the middle was a great choice, for sure!

Awww thanks so much! 2 parts American Floetrol to 1 part paint and then the extreme sheen and ice blue are 1:1 this round :)

Other than Pearl pours, would you say this is your average recipe for pours? 2:1 & 1:1? I think I should focus on this first lol. Thank you for being so helpful and kind!
Sarah, I poured one like this but used Artist Loft Cobalt Blue instead of the Aquamarine and I hesitated on Magenta to begin with but ended up using it. I was worried with the White it would go Pink.Magenta compliments these colors. I am going to have a Hard time letting mine go 😂 Beautiful piece.

When you say artists looft white with a little bit of satin enamel, can you tell us how much of each part wise? And are you using floetrol with other colors? Thank you

I have Behr satin enamel 7300. If I tint it white, will this enamel work? I’d like to start mixing pm but I have so many things other artists use- Behr 7300, GAC 800, liquitex pm (black & gray label), American Floetrol & Aussie, golden tar gel, now I’m overwhelmed to start! 😂
😂😂 whoa! So I’m just gonna say that before you jump in, choose one particular technique. Just about every technique has a different pouring medium. You will drive yourself crazy if you try to learn too many at the same time. You cannot use what you have listed above for my style pours. They will react completely differently and you won’t get the same result. In fact, I can’t even tell you what kind of result you’ll get it just won’t work.. If you want to email me my email address is in the description box under sales/commissions and I am happy to walk you through my particular technique and what you need for it it’s a lot less complex.

Actually…why is this a galaxy pour and not a straight pour? Just the colors? I finally decided to ask!
The added satin enamel and the Decoart metallics, the way I pour it as well as the layering sequence . I elevate the cup and bring it back down. It forces the boulder cells.
