This game was a bloody masterpiece; perhaps the greatest RPG ever produced by Konami, and one of the greatest RPG's of all time. The pre-sales selling out says it all. Hopefully with high sales volume we'll see remasters of the other 3 main titles, and a Suikoden 6 one day. I really hope you go back to the roots of the first two games for the next chapter in the Suikoden series.
I've finished this game 8 times on PS1. I had a borrowed copy from a friend, I never had my own copy. Now this game costs absurd amounts of money compared to the prices of current consoles. It's great that there will be a remaster, especially since I never played part 1.
Played this during my younger years. The exploration and being immersed in the story, so beautiful. Not much access to the internet for more in depth secrets hehe. Best rpg series! 🥰💪🎵 The art style is so lovable, cute. Music, endearing, nostalgic!
Fantastic game and series. My only con for it is the 108 characters gimmick. Though I don't mind the bad endings. They really add depth and not all stories need happy endings. Note: This game has multiple endings and the good ones are wholesome. I suggest checking them out once you clear.

So excited to replay the BEST RPG of all time.
I would say greatest JRPG of all time. For WRPG I got Witcher 3 and Baldur's gate 3 tied.

Sad that we still have the other locked at Konami. Can't wait to play S4 and S5 with updated quality.
@AlphN008 suikoden 4 needs the tactics carryover. It's like getting suikoden 2 without Sui 1. Hopefully a fast travel to skip that damn boat.
