The forgotten islands

A movie about a 1700 mile search for waves in one of the least visited region of the world: The Western Aleutian Islands, between Alaska and Russia. Finding surf around these 30 uninhabited islands from Adak, to Attu, was our goal. Navigating these difficult waters made it challenging and what we saw on Kiska, Agate, Little Sitkin, Amchitka, Semisopochnoi, Ulak, Tanaga, Kanaga was extraordinary on many levels. The waves remained small, and the backdrops indescribable.
