There is something special about your Norway vlogs that resonates within me. The dramatic landscape and sailing there in Winter. I’d rather watch your vlog than ten others in the tropics. I’m so impressed how much your sailing skills have evolved and how beautiful Uma looks sailing there. Thank you for sharing glimpses of your sailing life.

What a beautiful world… that includes Uma and you two. The scenery is stunning, the water is so clean and blue, the sandy beach looks just like Bahamas, the extreme weather shifts from sunny to snow and then sun shines again… That “sun setting” is so beautiful, feels like it’s almost like heaven….
I’m honestly jealous that you guys are still so young and healthy, but found love of your life in each other at such young ages, amazingly mature mind and know what you love and do what you both love, enjoy every moment of your journey and each other’s company, genuinely live your life at fullest, and always being honest and humble… I wish I were smart like you guys to know what I most value when I was still young and healthy…….
Thank you for sharing such a wonderful journey with us. Love ❤️ and respect ✊

I often can’t understand how you can make so many shots from different angles. Really proffional. I was born in the Netherlands and love sailing but now live in Zambia, a landlocked country. Great country and people by the way but no sailing. Great that I can join you on your trips this way without feeling the cold. Thanks and keep up the good work.

I always find it interesting to see foreign people react to the weather and nature of the nordic countries. Like the fact that the sunsets last hours, during the summer the sun doesn't go down at all, how it can actually still snow in June, how different it is to sail in an archipelago when compared to an open ocean or places with only a few islands etc. Thanks for sharing!

My guess is to fill it full of clay or something to seal the dam - I would have thought small rocks on their own are not very waterproof.

It will drain the water when the reservoir gets to a certain height. Taking pressure off the wall.

Having grown up in the central Canadian prairies, the accent produced by talking through frozen lips is very familiar! lol!

Funny, I've that same accent right now. Heat wave in Almonte though... must be the sunset?

"It's like the smallest axe that I've ever split wood with in my entire life." -- A good Canadian boy would call that a hatchet. A good thing to have on a boat that finds itself on distant shores. ☺️

That had me laughing out loud! “This is my 3rd camping mug of wine.” And the little slip as she walked down the hill. Hilarious!

Your Norwegian sailing videos remind me of Southeast Alaska. I spent 18 years there most of it living and sailing on a 33 foot sloop. Lots of fjords, calms, strong winds and, at times, slapping the main sail to knock the snow off. Nice job...
