As a Hog fan, always gonna have respect for KJ Jefferson, Dan Enos really screwed up their year. Going into 2023 he was the leading QB in the SEC, definitely was disappointed last year. I'll be looking at UCF this year, gotta see my guy carve up the BIG12.
Well, KJ did that all by himself. He alienated the team when he showboated with the big $$$$. The locker room was gone!

Ucf is projected to be 8th in the conference too. There’s a massive chip on their shoulder to prove people wrong
Yeah given last years record I’m not surprised and there’s still that G5 bias I think until we prove otherwise
KJ Jefferson is entering his sixth year of college football, so looking at his past performance is the best indicator of what to expect. Historically, Jefferson delivers around 2,500 passing yards, 500 rushing yards, and approximately 28 total touchdowns. Is that sufficient to secure a Big 12 championship? I'm skeptical, but time will tell.

I’ve listen to both of you for a long time and like both of you
But really surprise me you guys that are supposed to cover the sport don’t talk about the fence and that is the most obvious glaring issue for UCF especially to run defense. UCF offense for as much as you guys talk about It really didn’t have to improve 1 ounce from last year. A top 10 offense last season
the defense against the run is what I would like to know from you guys. Do you feel UCF has addressed those issues? If it hasn’t, then UCF’s gonna win six games this year. Period
From a UCF fan, we have totally revamped the defense. New DC Ted Roof from Oklahoma has a history of stopping the run and we have a whole new cast of linebackers. We have studs at DL which are all returning and last year the linebackers were the problem with missed tackles and not reading a play correctly. I’m expecting a significant improvement which will help us win those close games. Hope this helps!

I predicted that UCF would be the only Big XII 'newbie' to make a bowl game and they did - then got hammered by Georgia Tech in the Gasparilla Bowl.
They start out Big XII play @TCU and the Horned Frogs might also have a "chip on their shoulder" after last season's debacle. Toss up game?
Next v. Colorado with a Heisman Trophy candidate Shedeur Sanders and possibly another team with a "chip on their shoulder." Toss up game?
Then @Florida... Probably underdogs and a toss up game since the Florida coach might be on a very hot seat to win.
By the time they finish out with @WVU and v. Utah they could be sitting at 6-4 or 7-3? 8-2 if they get a few good bounces.
I guess it just depends how they do against TCU, Colorado and Florida?
One other thing... Who made these ridiculous Big XII schedules?
They get Arizona, Provo Business College, Colorado and Utah (all West of the Rockies) @Home.
Smfh... What a weak road schedule and I'll be @ASU since I live out here. I'll see if UCF are a contender or a... preseason pretender?

12:33 there's no doubt in my mind that if UCF played miami today or over the course of the last 7 years not only wouldn't UCF win but it would be a complete blowout... do not mention UF or Miami when talking about UCF..those are dying programs at this point..
