* DJI Remote Controller Battery Replacement *
The DJI RC-N1 Remote Controller Model RC231 uses two batteries type of 18650. You can install new batteries using Part Number 1WRLH9A0TP07EM.
Also, you can resolder the wires to new 18650 battery cells, if you have soldering experience. Replacing the battery in the remote controller, I recommend replacing two cells at once, preferably from the same manufacturer with the same battery capacity.

Good Job, thank you...
Are you using a square tip driver for some of the screws? If so what size? TIA
Top
i consider chang them to samsung 35e, they have +25% capacity
Could you confirm the size of the screws ? It seems much smaller than Phillips 1, I would say PH00 or even PH000 as they seems smaller than those from PS4 controller. Thanks a lot for confirmation, I need to buy a screwdriver and would like to be sur eto buy the right one !
I am talking of the 4 external screws in order to be able to open the controller

I have a question what is the reason why dji mini 2 remote controller not charging??. Thank you
I have the same issue. Soon as installed the newest update my controller stopped charging and wont switch on. Had 80 percent battery before this happened 😭
@@THEFLYINGSCOTSMAN-oj7jm same goes to my controller after i update it i fly the drone then suddenly i lost signal and my controller just shuts down lucky the drone goes back home, the controller wont turn on or charge what is happening
@@devildante6191 I'm not sure iv been trying to find a solution for the controller but no luck as of yet its a absolute nightmare 😫 iv seen a few people have posted the same issue after the update I tried to get in touch with @DJI but they keep telling me to send the drone and controller back for inspection which will then lead them to charging me for repairs no doubt 😡
@@devildante6191 Planned/engineered obsolescence. No way my controller is dead after only a year unless it was designed to do that. Chinese junk. Nothing more - nothing less.
@@THEFLYINGSCOTSMAN-oj7jmI'm facing the same thing at this moment. It's super strange zero issues then bam next day LED will not light up. Everything internal looks good and new like- does the battery just crap out like that?
Daed wale mere pas hai
