Thanks for the vid. I didn't know these were available. I have a 18 Ingot Silver F250 XPeasantLT that I'm hating the chrome on. Last week I got to see what the inside of the mirror looks like. Someone came over the line and we smacked mirrors. Blew my mirror and drivers side window up! Tow mirrors high fiving each other.

Thanks for this. I use this video to install mine just now. I appreciate leaving in the bits where you cracked the mirror as well. Shows what not to do and what could happen. I got a little impatient and broke a few clips but everything is still secure so no worries I guess. As far as the puddle light goes, I have the puddle lights but I also have that little plastic thing only on the passenger side. If anyone else w/ puddle lights is doing this install, I found it's 10x easier if you pop the light out of the housing, put the mirror backing back on, and then pop the light back in. Keeping that light in is a pita.

I wish I had found this video last night before I messed with my lights.... Broke BOTH of my passenger side mirrors following another video.

This first side about 25-30 min. And the second side prob about 15-20. Once you do it one time it’s faster the next time. 🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸

Thanks for the video, found it cause I was thinking about those lights myself. I like the way your tires fill out those stock wheels. Wanted to get new wheels and a lift kit but currently sinking money into the house that may have to just settle for new tires on the stock wheels. Two questions please, is that a total lift kit or just a levelling kit? Also, what size and brand tire are those? Thanks man

It’s a 2.5 readylift. But when I put the winch and bumper on it sagged a little, so I added another 1 inch puck under the springs. So 3.5 total leveling. 37x13.50x20 nitto ridge grapplers. Man I just got a XLT. I have aftermarket winch bumper in front and In back. I changed out the emblems. Also added factory lariat sport headlights and wheels. 🇺🇸

did the oem lights still have the amber DRL on them or did they shut off after 5mph? Do the oem one flash and operate as a turn signal or does by adding these recon light make the amber stay on as a DRL and turn these into turn signals as well?
i have a ? i changed mine and now they flicker, not all the time but they more then not. i wonder wher mine is non led truck, could that be reasonable, and maybe i need a led driver???

I’m looking at these for my 2002 f250. It has power mirrors on it. Would the lights work on it you think? Is there some sort of an adapter that will make them work if not that you know of? Thank you!
I’m sure they would work, but I doubt they would fit. The shape is prob different. But if it did you can always just splice the wires together. 🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸

I am not sure man, they are plenty bright at night, but they may be a little dimmer then the factory one. It’s a different t kind of strip. 🇺🇸

@@COLTSWAY with the awful rain we get here in the south I don’t blame you one bit. I thought about doing it but didn’t for same reason. I’m just doing a 1.5 inch level with 35”s and changing to 2wd valance. Already have a banks derringer and pedal monster with a Leer camper shell with the leer locker.
Man I got my shell in order right now! Said 9 weeks! I’m about halfway threw. I got the ARE overland shell with the windoors and a slider on them. Gonna be nice for camping/ overlanding. Kinda want to do some of that on the channel....

Been installing for 30 years. I've posted the question on a dealer tech page and several guys are chiming in on recommended products.
Man I have the larger screen. I have a XLT trim level. And not the XLT premium. Only the regular. I have the center console and the big screen. No power fold mirrors or 360 camera. If you get the XLT premium you can get the mirrors that fold and stuff. But all I wanted was the big screen and a center console.
