This family home is located in Lopar near (300 m) along the beach. Each apartment has a balcony overlooking the sea. The house has four apartments with balconies, beautiful garden and overlooking the beach which is only 300m from the apartment.Distance from center of Lopar and sports facilities is 200 m, while distance from store is 200m and restaurant is 50 m. Lopar is located on the northern coast of the island Rab 14 km from the town Rab. Here the people live from tourism, agriculture and raising sheep, and with a ferry line are associated with Valbiska place on the island Krk. The main economic activities of the local population include tourism, agriculture, stockbreeding and fishery. Lopar is surrounded by numerous islands and islets, notably Goli otok, Grgur, Lukovac and Školjić.
