Back in the early 2000s I was on my way to work very early in central London and when I got off the tube (metro) I saw Robert Downey Jr waiting on the platform and immediately did a double take, he smiled and said "morning" and got on the train. I then in disbelief fell up the stairs like a complete idiot because I was looking back at the train. Turns out he was in the UK promoting The Singing Detective
Those reunited episodes in lockdown were soooo good, we need more.

He wasn't always. He doesn't need to worry about ever getting replaced so he can relax a little and he gets other celebs to guest host like half the time.

He's also funny. As a comedian, he comes off a lot funnier than the other hosts who are actors, not comedians. Don't get me wrong, Colbert is really funny, but Fallon tells obvious jokes that are just lame. Neither are as funny as Kimmel.

Omg, I, too, saw Spaceballs before I ever saw Star Wars! I also rode and loved Star Tours years before seeing SW. Fell in love with the Star Wars and Other Galactic Funk album by MECO as well as the SW score.
By the time I saw Star Wars at age 11 in 1996, the universe had prepped me to fall deep and make it my first ever fandom!

I never forget the 1st Mel Brooks movie I watched...and I was actually old enough to understand the jokes....and laughed sooooo hard......."Robinhood Men in Tights".......probably 1 of the 1st movies to make me "laugh so hard, I cried"....literally....same with the 1st "Scary Movie" from the Wayans Brothers.......never laughed so hard in my life......don't see movies like that anymore.......😢

I read an article recently, where Josh said he should have 'altered' his voice for Olaf, because kids instantly hear him talk in public and go nuts...If your toddler can recognize a voice actor, your child has watched Frozen on repeat since the womb...Touch some grass!! 🤣🤣 His shirt even says "I should not have given that snowman my voice"!

Rewatched Pixels the other week and then a week after rewatching I went somewhere with my bf and there was a song playing and I was trying to remember what I just heard it in and then said to my bf that it was the song Josh sung in Pixels but it’d been longer since my bf last rewatched the movie, so he had to rewatch it himself to remember! 😂🤭🤩

Tobe really honest, I have always had weird feelings about certain people, Josh was one of them, for years never trusted Dave from Subway or Papa John, or Josh, I would just stay away from those big Olaf snowmen in peoples yards. I saw it was gonna be him on this talking Spaceballs 2 and a kids book, I was like please let him be cool... 😇🙏, he was, I'm actually interested in his autobiography now, he seems complex, makes me wonder why. So, hope he is cool and wish himband his family the best!

I don’t know. It may be extremely cathartic.
"Everyone" needs to grow up and learn how to BOTH form a joke that isn't mean to be mean, and take a joke, even if it's a deep roast. Brooks' jokes (and the improv he allowed) are sometimes very harsh, but only for specific reasons. Most of the world isn't bothered by jokes that bring down people who deserve it for their real-world cruelty towards others.
