    - PL clubs then spend within their means.
    - media - Are teams scared to spend... C'mon now. Teams have spent within their means. This is the new age which everyone wants.

Pep is a big part of the problem with City. He will not survive with this current bunch of players unless he pivots. The biggest problem with Pep team is that his players are too small except for Rodri, Haaland and Akanji. He prefers ball carriers who are more technical but now have gotten do slow and are easily pushed off the ball. For Pep to survive He needs a formation that suits his slow pace and zonal marking. He needs to play like a CP did with a single player up front like Toney. He needs a 5-4-1. His ego would be squashed after allowing so many elite players to walk especially a Cole, Alvarez, Mahrez, and even Sterling.

Could be, getting more careful on signing and buying players have a major impact financially and economically of a football club. Wasting a lot of money to a player that could not even contribute, playing inconsistently (defensively and offensively), INJURY Prone, player that have issues on football clubs are not aligned to the mission/vision of the organization. Instead of letting them stay for more year or run out their contract until it last or getting loaned out, they have to talk with the managers and have a deal with them either terminate their contract or stay for a lengthy of time to convince them they are playing for their club else they must leave

The 2021 CL win means people have forgotten that Chelsea have been a borderline top four side since 2017/18, when Chelsea finished 5th in a title defence.

Accompanied with rigorous enforcement of possible points deductions. It’s going to help protect our iconic clubs from being tempted to get into trouble financial waters. Look how Barcelona are fighting to keep their heads above water.
