@@Notdeepakchopra yeah man that whole show is too good! Also learning the solos from live earth in UK. Cant remember the year but must be like 2007 ish.
@@freddythecherryjones Lol. He had 30 minutes, bro. Sounded EXACTLY like the studio original, which is almost always the best version so is the one to aim for. I was amazed. But you're allowed your critique.
@@rocketassistedgoat1079, no it didn't, he got some of the tone right if that's what you mean, but a very heavily cut and edited video of small parts of the solo which he still stumbled on does not in any way equal 'same as the studio recording'. 😂
What you end up proving is that top rate pros can craft sonic ideas which are accessible leading some to call them easy but easy and.loose is an illusion. There's a ton of theory and technique going on behind the curtain.
Now I'm beginning to wonder when people claim guitar riffs and solos are quick and easy to learn play, that this sort butchering is the reality, but they're too overconfident and self deluded to realise or admit otherwise to themselves and others.
I can literally learn any guitar solo in 30 mins or less I learned free bird in 15 Mins at 80 % accuracy. Then come back the next day and it’s super easy
Its not hardest but its not easiest too. Literally med
Bro the last fast part of the solo is actually pretty difficult with the wah 😅
The fast end part Frusciante essentially strums it out, not the easiest technique to get down
Live at alcatraz is so much more fun to play. Very similar to the studio version but with a nice jam at the end of it :)
Hell yeah, that all along the watchtower jam at the end 👌
Man John brings so much swag in that version. Like you can HEAR his confidence just ooze through his playing

That's still the way I like to learn songs, even though it's the old school way.
Paradise by Coldplay
Nice
The final part of the solo is not so easy to do like Frusciante does
Took me almost 2 years to master; so yeah I would tend to agree with that
Why you use bridge single?
"One of the easiest solos"? It's a medium diff, bruh. You didn't do well as I can see and hear. :P
Couldn’t agree more. He was struggling

@@SagaciousFrank Besides a couple of mistakes (he only had 30 minutes); it sounded IDENTICAL mate. I bet you can't play like that.
@@rocketassistedgoat1079 Can you? He probably can
Harder than you think.
Which strat is that?

kazoo tone
Why you play on bridge single?
I used to wonder that too. But I have a stock strat and tele now. And I’m ok with it. Even high gain
30 minutos?? Tudo isso?? Eu peguei em 10
Ah yeah, easy and didnt see the final result so well. Not the hardest techniques but def not the easiest

Are you more of a rhythm/chord based player? Your struggling pretty hard with this solo
why dont people stand to play anymore?
Because they are busy filming
An abysmal solo for an atrocious song.
Justin.... Justin Hawkins, is that... is that you?!
30 min? I do it in 10.
Woah omg you must be really cool and awesome
You must get all the ladies bc you’re so cool

The intro is a take from "purple haze" jimi hendrix.
That's amazing! It sounds just like the studio original. I don't know anything about guitar, but I'd be surprised if that was considered "easy" lol.
