So, weird question, wouldn't it have made more sense to make the casing out of metal, insulate each prong with a rubber washer (or any other insulator), and then make the casing itself one of the contacts? That would guarantee that you only need a single point of contact with one of the prongs to get a jolt.

When playing with high voltage you can get shocked from both hands bc the electricity takes the quickest path which is through your back. Agar you don't want to do is shock yourself from the left hand to the right foot bc that will go through your heart and less than 1 amp is enough to stop your heart
