That is simply awesome. She is precious. The grandkids grow up too fast. That is great that you are spending time with them now when they are still young.

    Nice video !
Plan on doing the same thing this coming week. Our 12 yr. old granddaughter is flying in to St.Louis in 2 days and go over and picker up at the Airport and have 2 weeks with her this year. Have a Teepee and two places on the ranch to camp, one by the creek.
Of coarse Grammy has a lot planned to , Elephant farm, kayaking trip, etc. but I want to teach her primitive fire starting, making char out of punk, finding sparking rocks in the creek. How to use canteen cook set.....
Don't figure at 74 and with Agent Orange problems I have many more chances to teach her.

Great to hear you are going to do that with her, we should enjoy the days we are given while they last. I'm sure you both are going to have a grand time.

Good job! What a pretty girl. Native Alaskan heritage? I'm glad you are teaching her these kinds of things. Much of this is being lost because kids today's have no interest. Just today, I was asked "Why do you hunt and kill things? Why not just go to the supermarket?" No clue where their food comes from.......it grows on little plastic trays ya know? Sad....
