Kibbe - Kibbeh, es un alimento muy común en todo el Oriente Próximo y parte del Cáucaso así como en Armenia. Se considera tradicionalmente el plato nacional del Líbano y Siria. En su forma más corriente se compone de carne picada o molida de cordero o res con bulgur y especias.
