Are you as clueless as you sound? This is a state case that will never go before the Supreme Court. Trump can appeal to the top court in NY State. That is the end of the road. Trump hasn't formed a defense yet so it is hard to see how he won't be found guilty by this jury, or overturn the verdict on appeal.

Trump has no obligation to take the stand. That is his constitutional right and no one can bully him or make implications that his silence is an admission of guilt to the court. It would be incredibly stupid for him to do so in this hostile of a courtroom.
