Even though Im an arabic speaker and alhamdulillah I can understand the scholars alhamdulillah I still come here occasionally to benefit from this lovely channel and I really love the mode of delivery, plus it has really helped me with translations and bettering my english deen vocabulary if i ever become a daaee in the future inshaAllah. Ustadh abdulrahman/ muhammad tim humble and the amau team have a really special place in my heart. This channel is a gem, because it is one of the channels i came across when i first started practicing and I can not emphasize enough how much they've helped me in my days of confusion. After being grateful to Allah and thanking him for this blessing, I would like to thank the entire amau team and I sincerely ask Allah to bring out scholars out of your children and give you the best of this life and the hereafter. My notes-> The rights of the tongue - People will enter hellfire for not controling their tongue -> (indulging in falsehood) DO NOT LIE, backbite, speak about islam without knowledge etc. - Stop backbiting, or engaging when people are backbiting. -> tell the people to stop, or get up and leave the conversation. - Harming people with the tongue is also for the people in the hellfire. Speak kindly to people. - Open your tongue to speaking good. Encourage people to do good, or work to bring peace between two muslims in conflict. - Use your tongue to recite the Quran. The Quran is the best dhikr that you can read. Give time to the book of Allah سبحانه وتعالى - Keep dhikr on your tongue constantly; when you are traveling, waiting for your bus for example. Just keep yourself busy with dhikr when you have nothing that bussies you. Even in the household; when leaving the house, changing clothes, entering the bathroom etc. - Remember Allah especially in gatherings, for you will regret it if you dont on the day of judgement. - 28:45 - Dhikr protects you and witholds you from saying bad. - Speak when you have something good to say, otherwise stay silent. The good will increase you in good, the silence will be safe for you. - Ask for forgiveness from the people you have spoken ill of. If this will make matters worse, try to speak well of the person instead. - The same rulings are for what you say on social media. IttakuAllah - Do not gossip for it will come back to you on the day of judgement. If i made any mistakes it is from me and shaytaan. May Allah forgive us for our sins and grant us Jannah tu al Firdaous. Ameen

SubhanAllah! The tongue is a small and dangerous organ! If we don't use it properly, it can get us in trouble in this dunya and land us in the hellfire. Say what's good and beneficial or keep Quiet! May الله help us to guard our tongues and what rolls off of it. "Think before you speak" اللهم امين 🤔🤲🤫
