Hi sir, I am in a similar situation with Capgemini. I have received Interview shortlist email on 21 jan and after that there is no further communication. I am aslo shortlisted from Infosys for the system engineer role.
Sir I got my Infosys result on dated 28 January but till now I didn't receive any mail regarding my interview schedule
No point in sending mails to infosys. Infosys itself will send mail if u are selected. My interview was also after 3months. Just keep calm and relax. Dont irritate them by sending mails repeatedly

Go to infosys work for 2 years and then switch to product base company you will get more than 15lpa to 20lpa easily
