I got IBM 4.5 lpa and TCS 7 lpa. I know salary is more for tcs and tilted more towards it but IBM's brand value, courses and work culture is far better. Tcs has much workload and bad projects. Which one should I choose?
@@AmanKumar-ze8ce Lol no I cracked IBM in October 2023, it's been almost a year still didn't get any joining letter or contact 😂. They're contacting females from our batch but not us, too much diversity based. TCS on the other hand is processing everything faster and sending info to everyone
@@LuciferDevill Chill bro I'm keeping IBM for the future. If I join there for 4.5 lpa Associate role I will have to switch anyway after 2-3 years and then returning to IBM again would be difficult. Whereas if I choose TCS for 7 lpa Systems Engineer as a fresher, after few years I can switch and easily ask IBM for 10+ lpa and a better role and be well settled there

When I start filling the form, in the "basic details" tab when I fill the details and click save the typed details disappear and when I type all the details once again and directly click save and continue then also it disappears and a dialogue block appears and it says do you move to the next tab without filling the mandatory fields. But everytime I fill it in, the same thing happens. Sir what should I do...Can u plss help me?
I think you should fill all the columns, i also faced the issue, even though "road" column in address is not shown as mandatory ,filling it solved the issue. so try it
