@@DeceleratedTravel There was, on Zillow, a listing for a place on County Road 220 Near Alfred, Texas. I wonder if it was owned by Ott Adams and George Clegg. They sold some really good horses to the King Ranch that were of great value to their breeding program.
I go through Trinity on my way from Houston to my hometown of Tyler every time. The last time I went 2 weeks ago, that Sam Houston statue DID have a jersey on. I just wish Texas would widen the highway between Trinity and Crocket to make it easy for fast-moving traffic.
