Happy Sunday family. This chit chat video is a continuation of one of our previous discussions about motherhood and feeling lost. Please let me know your thoughts in the comments.
This video spot on. I dnt blame women that’s are stay at home mothers. Am married with 3 kids and if I have to do things over, I will definitely marry for money! Am tired of working hard and raising 3 young kids in AMERICA. I dnt care what anyone says 😊. Nigerian women and competition is crazy. there was a time a group of women were looking down on me, cause i dnt carry designers bags. I have distanced myself from them for my sanity
I attended Made for more this past sartuday- The Speaker Mrs Audrey said something that struck me “If you are stripped of your business, children, husband, career etc Who are you? Who can you say you are? As Christ breathe life in you can you confidently say you are reaching your full potiential and finding your true identity. It’s been in my head.
Thanks for these series. I love it. & Just to motivate someone, motherhood stalled my career immensely but guess who has no iota of regrets? I don't 😁 Guess who just got her PhD ? ME💃 THANK YOU LORD for that. This is just to motivate someone else not just mums but it took me 9 years to get my PhD whereas some colleagues graduated 3 years ago and I was doing maternity leave and motherhood but I am the most grateful. Don't give up on your selves mummies.
Mehn, this video is loaded. Like I said, Sottee and self-awarenesss top-notch. And then going on to teach and remind us of key things. My key takeaway from this is "Sylvia don't marry rubbish, shine your eye well well. You can only achieve all this with a good partner. Thank you.
I have also seen where someone wrote that i always post gifts that my husband buys for me always, that its show-off,my mind starts making me believe it but i bluffed and said devil not today. Make everybody do what works for them.
I just had this conversation about demanding for your own time from your spouse with a friend. When you said you’re a confident person. I think that’s major. And I hope a lot of parents are able to raise kids that are confident but seeing how most adults are easily swayed, you see how hard it might be to instil in your child/children values you don’t posses. Confidence is very important because even if for a minute you get distracted, you always find your way back to your original self. Everyone’s path is different, do what you can for you and your family. This was an insightful video
Me,i wake up by 3am. Because late rule is by 7.30 in my office. And i must drop my kids first,at school.. Of a truth is not EASY... IT'S JUST THE GRACE OF GOD SERIOUSLY..
I remember when i thought i wasn't doing enough but i had to remember I'm not trying to impress any parent lol. As women we should all try our best give ourselves some grace because we deserve it.
I am not married and have no kids but I watched to the end and this was a really conversation and I am learning. Thank you Sotee. God bless you and you are so fine 😍
To be honest with you my dear there are some content creators I just don't even watch their videos because they just turned to something else that is more than fake in this life and I felt I'm not learning anything from them anymore instead they are just showing off when there is no need. I love contents where I'm able to learn a thing or two about life in general more especially when it comes to motherhood. There are thing that is so not cool to us as subscribers is the competition and jealousy of female and mothers who are content creators and some are putting too much strain on their kids but they are not aware of it. Why would some parents put kids on their videos when they are not comfortable with that? Is money more important than the wellbeing of their kids...It's so nerve wrecking to watch such parents and they annoy me a lot
This video is super key! and really needed it. I feel like such videos should be filmed more and talked about more on this space…. Your own personal time away from your spouse is really important trust me 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Nobody said it’s easy for men. She’s speaking for women and the fact that it’s not easy for men doesn’t not negate the fact that women have a lot on their plate. Pls let’s understand the context. Thanks

Good content.
Glad you think so!
As much as it’s not easy to be a woman or home Maker, it’s also not easy being a man .
Sir I do understand your stance as well.
@@kylieking8163 completely agree. But this video is directed towards women as I really can’t speak for men.
