What happened to Dr Baden testifying today? Wasn't he supposed to testify for the defense this morning?? What's going on?

The power that judge held in his hands. If he would have approved the order to go with his mother, I'm almost 99% positive he'd be alive today.
The DCPP report was supposedly relied on heavily by the judge. So whoever prepared that report was negligent IMO. According to the PCA DCPP knew of, and someone had watched the treadmill video before preparing the report to the court.
The mother is a drug addict so no court will believe her or give her custody.

@@seanjean9677she didn't ask for child support. She didn't want Chris in their lives. She went and applied for benefits. DNA was done and that's when he would have had to pay child support. His parents wanted Corey, they didn't know he even existed, until DNA was done. Corey lived with them and Chris. He didn't want his child and he didn't love him. His parents bought a house for their son and Corey and that's when the abuse started, 6 months later Corey is dead.
He just wanted to punish the mom for daring to get pregnant and then name him on paperwork
Corey passed nearly 3 years ago and this story breaks my heart so much i cant stand it. That man should get life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Honestly, I think he died of a broken spirit as well as a battered body. Scared to complain of pain, scared to speak against his father, knowing the family court was not allowing his mother custody. They treat children like possessions to be divided is so evil. Poor little soul. RIP.

This boy did not have sepsis. I’m an old RN that has worked in PICU for a long time. His father is a murderer. I’m sure this father learned his behavior from his father. His father sits in the courtroom not moving a muscle. Like father, like son
I will never understand why defense attorneys treat the witnesses in such a nasty, condescending and accusatory manner. The pediatrician didn’t hurt Corey. She didn’t cause his life to end. Acting that way is unprofessional, unnecessarily aggressive and absolutely ridiculous. It does not do the attorney or his (guilty) client any favors with anyone, especially the jury.
It's intimidation tactics. And the defence lawyer is being loud in an attempt to appear righteously indignant.

The defense has to pull everything out of the bag on this case...as absolutely foul that lawyer is...he is doing what he is PAID to do. But I guarantee he will be relieved when this sack of crap gets sentenced
Poor baby was punished by Chris because he hated Bre , and if she was late or asking questions about Corey’s bruises . He took it out on Corey and hit him more. Probably to scare him to not tell the truth. The only reason why he wanted Corey is so he didn’t have to pay child support.

Sepsis doesn’t leave contusions on the heart and liver. It’s not rocket science here. That’s what caused his death.

I can't stand the Defense Attorney!!!
I have said this before but the defense attorney gets under my skin. He is always yelling at the witnesses who aren’t saying things to get Chris off. Notice how nice he was to Chris’s mom and dad. As soon as a medical expert gets on and says he didn’t die of sepsis the attorney starts yelling and belittling them. 🤬
I do wonder if he knows what a horrible person his client is, and if he knows, is he trying to annoy the jury to get justice while looking like he's defending him? Just a thought of mine.

I looked up Breanna on Facebook. She has been blessed with a baby girl. I also came across a video of Corey speaking about his father choking him til he can’t breathe, and pulling his hair. Breaks my heart man. My gosh.

Dr. FEINGOLD is very articulate in her comments and references. She never missed a beat. I have had medical training and agree 100% in her evaluation. I understand medical terminology and there was no room for guess work or error.

The paternal grandparents also are responsible for this death. They have failed their son and aided him in killing their grandson. They are both being dishonest on the witness stand.
I don't know about that. When Christopher called his parents from jail to try to coach his Mother's testimony, they hung up on him. When Christopher first had custody he lived with his parents and Grandpa started working from home to ensure Cory was cared for properly. The testimony from Christopher's Dad was heart wrenching. It seems that Cory was fine until Christopher has him alone after they moved into their own apartment.
The judge that refused the emergency custody order failed him & Child protective services repeatedly failed him.

I think this judge might look like they're bias, but I believe if you really look at what's going on here. The judge is making sure there is no grounds for appeal, that this monster gets exactly what he deserves.

I've heard that also - Baden has made name for himself as a contrarian - But through the ears his reputation has soured and finding to be suspect.

Week 4 but they’ve only had maybe 6 or 7 days of trial most of which were half days or sidebars 🙄 We could’ve had justice by now if it had been planned & scheduled properly

The saddest thing is, when a parent struggles with addiction, their voice isnt heard or yaken seriously when they report abuse os going on with the other parent, and just like we saw in this case, the child is the one who suffers. This mother tried FOUR TIMES to ask police to remove her son from that monster of "fathers" custody. They clearly saw her as just another junkie, and left Corey with his abuser until he died. The olice and judge who didn't action those requests should be held liable

If she said she was doing it for free, then the defence would complain that the expert was not appropriate because experts get paid for their time, so what is her motive for doing it for free? What’s next, questioning the jury because they are getting paid?

Sepsis/internal bleeding will have been exactly what the Doctors were looking for. The fact they couldn't and he was discharged says it all.

I am Dr ,and Corey didn't die from.sepsis.
Corey died from low blood shock due to internal bleeding from his heart and liver laceration and this fetal injuries caused by the animal father on 2/4/2021 after mom dropped him he was crazy how Corey said the truth the day before.
High lactic acid and High wbc and all other finings are result of shock and we as doctors know this like a b c.

I am convinced that this monster was trying to kill his son in a way that would not look like murder. We saw the treadmill incident which was horrific brutal abuse, but we dont know what happened when no one was looking. that man I am certain, beat and physically abused his son. I hope he does a long time in prison.

He was called by the defendant's dad, retired New Jersey State trooper David Gregor on the night police were looking for the defendant. Yes, the doctor will be paid just as he is and every public official who testifies.

Chris Gregor and his defense attorney are betting on Dr. Baden because he’s a “celebrity” forensic pathologist (does autopsies on famous people).
The problem with this is that the defense is going to have to convince this jury to IGNORE the findings of 4 other medical professionals. Three that actually examined Corey while he was alive and within 24 hours of his death. Dr. Baden is a great doctor, but there are millions of doctors and he’s not the only great doctor! I don’t think they overcome this hurdle. Chris is in trouble trouble!!
