Really pleased that you show a lot of clips from Lowry in this. As a shorter guard he really is an artist when it comes to finishing around the rim especially considering he is far from being the fastest or most athletic. Many times I'm left wondering how'd he finish that? You really effectively illustrated how.
NamerChangers Prod. The only thing I like about him is his pick and roll passing and his reaction timing on defense other than that ain’t much to learn
great video. i really like the advice on jump stopping. it's such a fundamental part of the game and i agree you can take contact a lot better out of that position when you can load up and jump off of two feet. you can also mess with rim protectors with the jump stop and then the up fake. i had to learn how to do that when i started playing varsity ball cuz i was no longer a big guard but rather just an average sized guard.
Just a note. It seems like all players resorted to inside hand finishes because they didn't have a left hand finish/layup. If it really was a necessary part of their finishing package I'd have expected these players to have at least one or two instances where they're doing it on the right side with their left hands.
You shouldn’t even be playing center bro. Your coach is only setting you up for failure. Work on ball-handling, shooting, layups, passing, defence and your IQ of the game by watching players who play your position. Why are you a center? I ain’t tryna be a d-bag but the fact you’re a center at 6”3 is sad. I reckon you’ll be a small forward or shooting guard. Both of these positions require these skills I told you to improve earlier so do your best to become the next unicorn, you know what I’m saying?
Kahin Ahmed thanks for the advice man and the only reason i play center is Bc I’m only 14 so I play smaller kids so it’s easier but I’m crafty and really good at driving is there any way I can send you some clips
DNA KALED I don’t need to see, I already know how good you are dawg. Try asking your coach to make you play at the 2 or 3. ‘Cause coaches like that will ruin your player development, trust me. I had a coach that made me play as a center at 6”3 in HIGH SCHOOL. I’m glad I quit when I did. I believe in you!
In my opinion, no.The average NBA point guard height is 6”2. Cassius Winston who played at Michigan State is 6”1 and he’s considered “undersized”. You got some good height for a PG

1: Inside hand finish

3: Sneak finish
4: Off foot finish
5: Jump stop finish
You ain’t lying
Thanks
Legend
Jump stop finish is so underrated.
For us small guards even a little opening is great and since we small it’s easier to change the layup in mid air
I’m 5’5 and I don’t agree on this
Agent K your not a small guard your just a small human 😂. Like 5’8”-6’ is small guard tbh
Mattias Ruiz 😂 😂
Mattias Ruiz 😭 i know....
Mattias Ruiz but still doesn’t mean you small you are already great in changing mid air lay ups I don’t even believe we should be in mid air
Bro the jump stop is fr, almost every high school game, I get at least 6 points just off the jump stop.
Bet ima add this to my bag
Man this channel is a gold mine for undersized guards keep dropping shit like this we lit🔥
Who’s your favorite small guard? 🔬

I am pleased because Lowry is my favourite player
Could you please make an “Attention to Detail” video based on John Stockton? He’s my favourite player to watch.
Why?
Knoda Basketball because he is a great pg to learn from
NamerChangers Prod. The only thing I like about him is his pick and roll passing and his reaction timing on defense other than that ain’t much to learn

Could you make a breakdown on how John Stockton was able to become the all-time steals leader? His defense is so underrated.

Nice, but i would add scoop layups, cradle layups, eurostep and runner.
Make an Attention to Detail on Tremont Waters very underrated small guard
Ayyy! This vid boutta be 🔥
Do an attention to detail on D Rodman pls and thank u
off foot needs a lot of practice
also, jump stop is a risky move because defenders can swipe the ball out
I’d say jump stop is the safest option tbh
Jump stop may not look the prettiest but for it's one of the efficient ways to score a basketball
soooooo underrated. this channel needs more subs

In my opinion, no.The average NBA point guard height is 6”2. Cassius Winston who played at Michigan State is 6”1 and he’s considered “undersized”.
