BASS Magic Trade Trick: An interesting bi-product when experimenting with bass management and room responses occurred. I removed all rear bass from being assigned to my BIC F12 up front & center. After doing that, we literally felt the sofa drop out from beneath us & fall away during a battle scene in the film Avengers: Infinity War. I then re-assigned that rear surround bass to the subwoofer and the effects of the falling sofa effect was gone. So the test apparently proved, that denying the front sub rear bass info freed the system up to deliver that audio magic that was tied to the surrounds for them to deliver. So now, I run my JBL Arena B15 surrounds, in the Large setting as my Yamaha AVR suggested to begin with after my YPAO system check. (I ofcourse turned of the P.E.Q. YPAO setting afterwards, as it's P.E.Q. sucks!) Anyway, I wanted to share this little tidbit of discovery in the event that it may help others to acquire that next level of surround magic. Thanks for the most excellent videos ZEOS. Your RUclips reviews are Info-Tainment of the highest order. The best Zeos ...the Best! ~ peace
holy crap I listened to this review at work on headphones. And I got legitimately scared at the beginning when you started talking. I thought someone was talking to me across the room or that i somehow had speakers plugged in. Had to take off my headphones just to make sure
I watched this video at work in 3 chunks. Each time I resumed I did the same thing, I was legit scared that someone was talking around me then I was worried my headphones weren't plugged in lol.
Zeos, are you planning on reviewing the Monolith 10 sub? Just asking because it's on my list. I'm trying to decide between the Monolith 10, PB-1000, and SB-1000. SB-1000 wins the WAF, but the other two give me more low end. Mono10 open box is around $425.
I'm thinking you probably can't go wrong either way. Here's a better idea. Buy both from amazon and then send back the loser. Report your findings here. I will be waiting for your answer...
zeos great review i got 12 inch sub i love it i had it for a week now thanks for advice and those mics pick up the rear channel now i gotta buy rear speakers thanks zeos
I’m running 3 MB42XCs for R/C/L on a Samsung 5.1 BluRay player. Soon to be upgrading the surrounds with MB42Xs. I’m wanting to move up to a 5.2.2 Dolby Atmos system -piece by piece - with 2 Micca 10” subs and 2 Micca 8” in ceiling and either Onkyo RZ series or Pioneer Elite AV receiver. An All Micca Speaker 5.2.2 Atmos system........
When is the RP600M review coming?? I gotta to know if they are worthwhile over the RP150M from a couple years ago that you reviewed (yes i know larger woofer in the pair in this video).
They're like any other 12in sub. They have plenty of power and reach as low as any normal 12in sub. All are the same from MartinLogan to fancy trash like REL to the modest Bic subs. The only exceptions are SVS and Rythmik... And Hsu subs are badass to. Those 3 will make your neighbors think you bought an earthquake machine but they're also so good you can hear footsteps and lightning as if it's happening in your room because they project sound so well it's scary.
Any continuing updates on the Ohm's other than using for speaker stands? Your past review of them was very favorable. Is this still your opinion? Thanks
Bought two of these for my game room. I'm using pretty small standmounters in there (Dali Spektor 2) and my single sub setup was messing up the all-important midbass crossover (important because the Dalis run out of steam around 70hz) - I was getting cancellation between the sub and one speaker. The two sub approach with these small speakers has been eye-opening to say the least.
Listening to this review with my akg k7xx is really screwing with my head! I keep hearing you behind or on the right of me. I'm at work btw. Your mic is awesome. literally two comments down... Should have read that first...
He says, "I'm leaving that in" ..... but that's the problem, you pushed that one out! adding ..... you mention having your sub in the perfect place .... that's why you buy cheap subwoofers like this ... and get two ... and then there are a lot more "perfect places"
Could this be a decent replacement bottom if i wanted to build my own doom staxs with out having to source your now unobtainable subs? or would you say not worth it?
Thank you for saying February correctly!!! Here in the mid-west, they drop the first "r", when pronouncing it and wonder why they can't spell it correctly.
thank you, thank you, thank you...havent even watched whole vid yet, but I've been hoping you would review this since you linked in another vid the other day. May join Patreon just for this. Or just buy one. Oh yeah, guess I should watch first. Thx Z
I can’t decide which headset should i get but after along research i knew these the best i can get for my budget: Massdrop xSennheiser HD58X Jubilee/HD6XX Beyerdynamic DT 990 PRO/880 PRO/770 PRO Audio Technica ATH-AD700x/AD900x/AD1000x AKG K7xx/712 Sennheiser 599/598 Philips x2hr/9500 i want to know which is the best for gaming (fortnite especially) and i have a problem that my ears get hot really quickly so i want to know which one is the best in terms of breathability and comfort i hope someone tried them all and can help me to decide Sorry for my bad English
No mention of Bic f12? But in a different video you said that was the budget sub to get. Now it's the same story for this Micca ms12. Almost everything you review you call a "buy"
as an experienced review reader. i can tell when to read between the lines. you want someone to take you by the hand and tell you exactly what to buy. that's not gonna happen. if he raved about the bic it's because the price gets you a lot for a little. for more $ you can get more like the Rythmiks that he bought for himself.
pretty good value subwoofer it seems, not that i want to buy or recommend doing this cheap and ported sub. but it sure will help people get into hifi for cheap. and i would not do more than one of these subs, there is so much quality to gain from better subs that i rather save up to 500 dollars subs and above for next step. nice new mic setup btw, but voice is low and bass is very loud, nothing wrong with the mic just that i value your talking and i the contrast to the high bass volume is too high for me.
i kinda fell asleep listening to this with headphones... just to get the shit scared out of me because i thought there was a dude in my room... that's how good the audio on this is.
I'm looking for a really " Fun" Pair of headphones, I'm looking where vocals really stand out, and the instruments are just kinda in your face. Don't care too much about bass. Budget of about $400 or less, thanks!
No measurements No comparison to bic f12 or anything else Yea the audio in the review is amazing but cmon z... this isn’t helpful for someone deciding what to buy and trying to compare
canadian pricing for anything micca is just broken $551 for these or $320 for bic f12's i know they wheren't compaired directly but it cant be that much better. Update i can go dual dayton sub-1200 for less ($239 each) than one micca. Come on micca why do you hate canadians, we want to buy your products
THIS WILL BE IN THE YARD SALE FOR FEBRUARY.... Ante Up Patrons.
Two of these or one $500 sub?
Bruce Tuller always 2

"THIS IS ME" FROM THE GREATEST SHOWMAN, HAS PROBABLY THE BEST RANGE OF SOUNDS I HAVE HEARD IN A SONG!!!! great bass and amazing highs!!!

Nice ohm Walsh speaker stands for your Klipsch 600m. Which one you like better?

Please review Dali speakers, Zeos!
juliangst Yes, please!
He should do some mission speakers as well. The new QX range looks great.
so i'm not the only one who ask this ^_^
yes Dali! just picked up a pair of zensor 5 for 425 usd. and a pair of zensor 1 for 76. they sound fucking amazing :D
I just got the Zensor 3's and they are very good.
When is the RP600M review coming?? I gotta to know if they are worthwhile over the RP150M from a couple years ago that you reviewed (yes i know larger woofer in the pair in this video).
OK, saw the RP600 or RP500 and can' wait for this Review! Hope they improved again since the RP-150m. Greetings from Germany! Luv Ur Reviews

Yes it is
Damn that stereo sound is amazing
I CANT FUCKING HEAR HIM!!!
I'm looking for a budget subwoofer , since you reviewed the bic f12 also which one in your opinion has the best sound ?
@CwalkPinoy have you had a Dayton sub? If so how do they stack up against the bic?
@SavageHenry762 on the f12 I heard that HSU designed the driver wondering if it's true or maybe you know different.
bic acoustech pl-200
Polk HTS 12 fall into the don't buy cheap polk subs category? Was thinking about buying one. Wondering what's your opinion.
Bought two of these for my game room. Song at the beginning?
You might have already done a video on this or something but what are your amps sitting on?
When are you going to finally post a link to a Chewbacca wallpaper? Waiting...
I have a old (90s) cerwin vega 10inch sub, how do you think this would compare. The amp in the cerwin Vega is a 200watt rms class a/b.
zeos, so this one is better than bic f12 and the martin logan dynamo 300 you used to recomend?
He says, "I'm leaving that in" ..... but that's the problem, you pushed that one out!
adding ..... you mention having your sub in the perfect place .... that's why you buy cheap subwoofers like this ... and get two ... and then there are a lot more "perfect places"
Zeos please I need your educated opinion, if you had to pick one, MS12 or BIC F12?
Which sub did you end up going with?
Why did they discontinue the sub?
I'm wondering how the 10 inch would go with a pair of their MB42X and my SMSL AD18 as a PC gaming/music system.
Decided to go with the Pioneer BS22 instead. Ordered it all tonight.
I am excited for the klipsch rp600.
When Z hits your exact market your looking into
Klipsch rp-160ms and looking or a sub
Could this be a decent replacement bottom if i wanted to build my own doom staxs with out having to source your now unobtainable subs? or would you say not worth it?
So I can connect this to an amplifier like the smsl sa 98e and work fine ?
Can you make a review to the audioengine a5+?Compared to the edifier s2000pro ,swans,etc... Something like best 2.0 desk speakers for the money.
that someone who reads this tells me what the song that sounds at the beginning of the video is called up to the second 0:13, please........
He said what song it was shortly after it played, but it's Starve the Ego, Feed the Soul - R/D Remix, by Glitch Mob
Hi Zeos! Info on that wireless keyboard/trackpad you're using please!
Zeos, coud you check the presonus temblor T10 sub ?
Thank you for saying February correctly!!! Here in the mid-west, they drop the first "r", when pronouncing it and wonder why they can't spell it correctly.
febYOUairy, LIEbarry. yup, i luv IDJITS like dat.
what is the block you have the microphone in?
Demo the theater solution 15 incher which is 20 bucks more !
please use those mics all the time
This or the ML Dynamo 300??
Yeah, I was curious about the same thing. Z, isn't that what you use for "The DoomStacks"? Whatever happened to those?
Does that even exist anymore
$199 on Amazon
I got a Micca MS10 coming to go with 3 Micca MB42XCs I’m running for R/C/L and MB42Xs I’m running for surrounds. All Micca 5.1.......
Ima just assume that the 12" Dayton sub that I have on the way sounds similar lol
The name of the music played at 15.11?
Good thing I got 2 Dayton 12s for 120 a piece 2 years ago on sale.
I noticed the Klipsch R-100SW is a few dollars cheaper right now. Is that a worthy alternative?
I'm really happy with my R-120sw FWIW
I have a klipsch sub and it is great. You should know though that the amps klipsch subs use are not the best when it comes to reliability.
Velcro grill, though?
Bic or this sub?
this or the dayton sub-1200?
Monoprice retro on my head...When video started I was just like: whuuuuuuuut thaaat base
Gašper Bregar retro gangggg
thank you, thank you, thank you...havent even watched whole vid yet, but I've been hoping you would review this since you linked in another vid the other day. May join Patreon just for this. Or just buy one. Oh yeah, guess I should watch first. Thx Z
The Dayton audio sub is 120 rms, they don’t list the peak.
I can’t decide which headset should i get but after along research i knew these the best i can get for my budget:
Massdrop xSennheiser HD58X Jubilee/HD6XX
Beyerdynamic DT 990 PRO/880 PRO/770 PRO
Audio Technica ATH-AD700x/AD900x/AD1000x
AKG K7xx/712
Sennheiser 599/598
Philips x2hr/9500
i want to know which is the best for gaming (fortnite especially) and i have a problem that my ears get hot really quickly so i want to know which one is the best in terms of breathability and comfort i hope someone tried them all and can help me to decide
Sorry for my bad English
pleas get a lav mic to walk around with
Chewbacca's face at 19:30😂
I bought a Velodyn sub, in 1997 for $700+... so intense. Any Velodyn fans?
Its weird to hear zeos voice moving :p
Z Get wireless lav mic and a small mixer
Shout out for the Otis Taylor tune, however short it was.
i really wish i could have got the MS12, but the space i had available for a sub it would it not fit, so the MS10 was the only option.
No mention of Bic f12? But in a different video you said that was the budget sub to get. Now it's the same story for this Micca ms12. Almost everything you review you call a "buy"
that is what happens when a new contender comes along. it MAY be better or equal or lesser a value. too bad zeos doesn't reference the other review.
Thomas Roy
It’s also what happens when real reviews start to just be advertising for the manufacturers.
@@vwr32jeep ... i think Zeos can hear just fine and wasn't responding to or for personal gain. perhaps he should have had a shootout video.
Thomas Roy
There’s a common theme developing with the vids lately. As the original post stated, it’s all a buy.
@@vwr32jeep ... it's all a conspiracy. just like wire so why bother?
oh boy this video audio makes me happy. sounds so good with open headphones
My MS10 for my tiny bedroom is so choice.
What keyboard is that?
very informative, thank you....
i can hear clearly all the bass that micca can shout through my hundred dollar 8 in acoustic audio sub... c'est la vie
That cat is cute as hell!
Dayton sub-1200 and sub-1500 are likely better (buy from PartsExpress to avoid Amazon shipping charge).
PE charges shipping tho.

3:42 check her left eye, should not water like that.
Move that shit! That is Chewbacca's spot.
This seems eerily simmilar to Dayton Sub 1200....I have duals and the just punch way above their weight
Does anyone know what media player that is?
Foobar2000 for music and MPC-HC for video
@@ZReviews Thank you!
Just a heads up. The sub out on the Topping MX3 will stay on when you switch to headphones.
Does yours pop when powering off too?
i kinda fell asleep listening to this with headphones... just to get the shit scared out of me because i thought there was a dude in my room... that's how good the audio on this is.

Suggested clickbait title: "Killer $180 sub - your neighbors will HATE you"
Watched this on the SHP9500 and you were all over my room. I thought you were coming from my surround speakers. I took the headphones off like “wtf”
Does that include the psw505 ?
I want to know what he thinks of the 505. I feel like it's a pretty good sub. I've got two. Port noise can be a lot at times.
