Unfortunately Ye can’t tour even if he wanted to. The lawsuits that happened after he canceled Saint Pablo tour were wild. And he canceled on Coachella and Rolling Loud. Ye will never be able to get insurance to tour. No companies will insure his tour. The only thing he’ll be able to do is one off shows like Free Larry Hoover and listening parties.
