Hi i tried this , it works but when I move the video , it's going out of frame like it's going outside of the phone cover, i don't want it to move , i want the video to be inside the phone type of a mask. Any idea how to do it ?

You cannot export video with transparent background from Premiere. You can do it from After Effects. I have a video on it. But video with transparency creates extremely large files. Like 3GB for a few seconds! You can't put that on a website.
@@Graphicious it's a 12-second explainer video, something similar to this what you are showing here but explainer. To be honest, I'm brand new to Adobe Premiere and I don't know what I'm doing still, but will grab some courses about it. What I did is I added an alpha key to the background, then exported it as WebM and converted it into MP4. That way I got a transparent iPhone so that I can place it on the website as I have some other shapes behind it.

Did you apply the mask to the video as shown? It should confine it to that area, if the mask doesn't move, the video should slide inside it.

If you want to achieve that, in addition to animating the mask + the video, you have to also move the phone frame with them. Try nesting the sequence.

Hi, sorry about this. The Masking functions were introduced in Premiere Pro CC (Creative Cloud) in 2014. Maybe you could use cropping instead?

You mean a photo of a phone that is not transparent? Yes, just add a mask to your video and place it on top.

I think I found it online, if you search Google images for 'iphone frame png' you will find lots of them.

Good one! I'll have to look into this. From experience, video with alpha results in HUGE files.
