Your understanding of things is pretty unclear.
Hostel - place where people reside.
Mess - place where people dine based on a subscription pattern.
Canteen - place where people pay for food in real time and have the same.
A mess can be attached with a hostel, a PG, or can be independent. If no hostel is available, of course no hostel mess will be available and one has to look for a mess or some other means of fooding elsewhere.

Like I read that for income upto 4LPA , 90% off and for upto 8 LPA, 50 % off, so what documents do they take and how and when is it applied, like at the time of admission while payment or after complete payment they reimburse it ? It would be great if u could help out with this info.
The applications are finalised after admission. One compulsorily needs their PAN and income tax return details.

As of now, they work independently. However, CIC and FoT will have common techfests.

Right now, MSIT will be more developed, but FoT will catch up. Like you won't find the 3rd and 4th year Wale facilities right now, but by the time the first batch reaches 3rd year, those facilities will be developed and opened.

Normally Aisa hi hota hai actually. NITs, IITs ko bhi le lo, admission fees kuch Dena hota hai pehle, loan bhi baad mein approve hote hai.

It is difficult to predict right now. You will most likely get ECE atleast, and if cutoffs go low, you can get CSE as well.
Bhiya isme ece ki lab bdhiya hai ya nhi or iska hostel and campus kab tak tyaar hoga.

You should definitely prefer DU FoT over KIET and AKGEC. You should try your luck by participating in the counselling.

40k per annum. You can apply for student credit card offered by Jharkhand Government, Indian Government or tuition fee waiver option by Delhi University. However, you have to keep 40k handy during your counselling to accept the seat.

admission k baad apne naam pe laptop lena hota h uske baad laptop k bill submit krna hota h and then you get 50000 or the price of the laptop whichever is less

For FoT, it can range from 3 to 4 lakhs per annum.

Bhai mai jharkhand se hu mere location aur du ki location distance 1290 km nearly hai mujhe hostel mil jayegi😢
For that, you have to be the topper in your category. Otherwise, no hostel.
There are already 2-3 students from Jharkhand, and u have to take pg unfortunately no hostel available at this moment
