    Grant 7 thanks for sharing your experiences, they are a big help. I noticed you used "self etching primer, then self build primer" . Can you apply body filler directly over self etching primer?

      No you can't. It seems if you use the filler over self etching theres a chance it might react or lift. Its safer to put another barrier between them, such as filler primer for example

    I bought that stud welder haven't used it yet though I would practice on some scrap panels before I give it s go

      its easy to use, you just have to know when to release the button so you dont burn through.....

    Excellent work. Definitely sold me. Dumb question. Once you complete the dent pulling, do you cut off the studs and grind any edges as necessary? Thanks.

      Yes, you can just snip off the stud with wire cutters and grind down what's left....
