I feel like it's worth noting that to solve this problem, you don't need to know the exact number of factors of 2 -- you just need to know that there are more factors of 2 than there are factors of 5, and count the number of factors of 5 exactly. That said, I feel like the explanation for finding the factors of 2 was much more understandable than the explanation for factors of 5, even if it would have been nice to be more explicit about why you're ignoring the remainder.
Really? That's funny! I actually watched some of that video but don't think I saw the whole thing. You're making some good stuff, definitely have to check out more of your videos. Thanks for watching!

Yeah I mentioned we did not need to count all the factors of 2, but it was a good opportunity to show another way to count up the factors.
100/5 = 20, 20/5 = 4 and 20+4 = 24
I asked this very question to Tom of Tom Rocks Maths when we did a collab! Nice explanation 👍

24. 100/5=20, 100/25=4. 20+4=24.
I just want to say that tanks to you I passed Calculus 1, tsm, you have a great channel
Congrats on passing the course! And thank you for your kind words.
there are 2 zeroes at the end of 100
true
I saw the title and thought he was just really excited about the number 100, took about 5 seconds before I realized he meant factorial 😂😂
