Because Guardian Plasmas have a shot speed of 6000 M/S vs the PA's 875 M/S Also: Plasma is 60% Absolute. 20% kinetic and 20% thermal Plasma Chargers are 66% absolute 33% AX They also reload much quicker. The Plasma chargers have way higher shot speed than accelerators. It's easier to land hits. They also have much larger magazines and way lower reload times (20 and 3s vs 5 and 6s).

Fuel scoop is pretty handy when you accidentally hit a clean target and have to turn yourself in The trip back to your station can be a pain without it

cuz.... they are the cytos i use on my eagle build.... agreed, efficient has the edge but that said, do cytos really need it???

I thought the Modified Plasma Chargers were effective against shield and hull. Why are you taking down the shields with lasers first?

yes 100%. put scup on hold mode. so you just touch and release

if u run anything hot the cargo scoof always burn off first, plus toggle is less keyboard management vs hold so landing gear all the way
