Did the cruise ship supply a videographer or did you have to supply one? If you had to bring your own videographer did you have to pay for them to have a room on the ship?
We brought our own Videographer - Switzerworld www.switzerworld.com/ Yes it's customary to pay for a stateroom for any vendors you bring on the cruise. Disney does have a approved list of vendors you can ask for at www.disneyweddings.com/

Yes, It does cost extra but totally worth it.

Was your reception at Evolution the night club. Was it an up charge to have them light up the floor?
It was in Evolution, good eye. There was no up charge at the time for the floor.
