Cool accessory, but I'm pretty sure those are not brushless motors... at least look like the standard high speed brushed motors used on tiny indoor R/C helicopters or indoor quadcopters. The small high speed brushless motors usually got 3 wires and uses an ESC (electronic speed controller). There are couple low speed brushless motors with Hall sensors, but usually works on lower speeds on PC fans.
would be great if u used those two motors to make a cellphone cooler. need to make mount for the phone and long-enough usb male for an external source of power that isnt the phone.

you can get such small motors from any cellphone or smartphone repair center or inside the cellphone and also smartphone .If you are going to ask a repair center ask him for phone vibrator
